There are plenty of places to choose from when you're looking for a quick meal, but this restaurant continues to stand out because of its combination of great-tasting food, an incredibly friendly staff, and a restaurant that is always clean and well maintained. The first thing that really stands out is the staff. The employees here are some of the friendliest and most professional people you will encounter in the restaurant business. They greet customers warmly, listen carefully when taking orders, and genuinely seem interested in making sure you have a good experience. Even when the restaurant is extremely busy, the employees remain courteous, patient, and efficient. That level of customer service makes a huge difference. It's easy for a restaurant to provide good service when there are only a few customers, but the real test comes during the busiest times of the day. This Chick-fil-A seems to handle those busy periods exceptionally well. The team works together, orders keep moving, and employees still take the time to treat customers with respect and friendliness. Another thing that deserves special recognition is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The dining area is consistently clean and organized, and it's obvious that the staff pays attention to the condition of the restaurant throughout the day. Tables are kept clean, the floors and common areas are well maintained, and the overall appearance of the restaurant gives you confidence that the people running it take cleanliness seriously. Cleanliness is especially important in a restaurant, and unfortunately, it's something that can sometimes be overlooked at busy fast-food establishments. That's not the case here. Despite the amount of traffic this location handles, they do a great job of keeping everything looking clean, comfortable, and inviting. Of course, none of that would matter nearly as much if the food wasn't good, and the food here is consistently excellent. Everything I've ordered has been fresh, hot, flavorful, and prepared the way it should be. The chicken tastes great, the waffle fries are always enjoyable, and the overall quality of the meals is exactly what you hope for when visiting Chick-fil-A. There is something to be said for knowing that when you place an order, you're going to receive food that tastes fresh and is prepared properly. Consistency is one of the most important qualities any restaurant can have, and this location delivers it. Great service once is nice. A clean restaurant once is nice. A great meal once is nice. But when a restaurant manages to provide all three consistently, that's when you know you're dealing with a well-run operation. You can tell that there is a strong team behind this restaurant. From the people taking orders to the employees preparing the food and keeping the dining area clean, everyone contributes to the overall experience. The result is a restaurant that feels welcoming, professional, and dependable. I would absolutely recommend the Chick-fil-A in Snellville to anyone in the area. From the quality of the food to the professionalism of the employees, this location consistently delivers the kind of experience that makes you want to come back. I can confidently give them five stars. One of the biggest things that separates this location from others is the customer service. The staff is consistently friendly, courteous, professional, and attentive. You can tell that customer service isn't simply something they talk about — it's something they genuinely practice. Whether you're going through the drive-thru, ordering inside, or interacting with a member of the management team, you're treated like your business is appreciated. The restaurant is well run, organized, and welcoming. Even during busy periods, the employees work hard to keep things moving efficiently while still maintaining a positive attitude. That's not always easy to accomplish in a high-volume restaurant, and I think it says a lot about both the employees and the leadership behind them. A great deal of credit for that goes to the owner, John Starr. It is obvious that John genuinely cares about his business, his customers, his employees, and the condition of his restaurant. Good ownership shows itself in the details, and you can see that attention to detail throughout this location. Employees understand that quality matters, customer service matters, cleanliness matters, and the customer's overall experience matters. That is exactly the impression I get from this Chick-fil-A. The food has also consistently met the high standards people expect from Chick-fil-A. Orders are prepared properly, the food is fresh, and the overall experience is dependable. When you're spending your money at a restaurant, consistency is incredibly important. You want to know that you're going to receive the same high level of food and service each time you visit, and this location does an excellent job of providing that consistency. What impresses me most, however, is the culture of the restaurant. You can have great food, but without good people and good leadership, the experience isn't the same. This location combines all three: excellent food, outstanding customer service, and an owner who genuinely cares about maintaining a first-class operation. It's refreshing to see a local business operated by someone who takes genuine pride in what he does. John Starr and his team deserve recognition for the effort they put into this restaurant and for the way they treat their customers. Running a busy restaurant isn't easy, and maintaining high standards day after day takes commitment from everyone involved. If you're in the Snellville area and looking for a Chick-fil-A, I highly recommend this location. Tonight i go try the new waffle sandwich no syrup and forgot a brownie. After getting home settling in realizing missing items go back up there its been 30 minutes. You would think i could have sandwiches remade fresh but no no offer. This was my go to location I just don't know what's been going on with them. Yes should check bag but there's a time when i didn't have to and my order was correct and I could assure it was. I really don't want to find a new location because this is close to my house and job.

That has NEVER happened at any other Chik Fil A in my life or that of my family and friends that I shared my experience with. One day they were out of shakes. The second the shake was watery, they did not have the syrup for the sandwich and the sandwich did not have bacon as advertised. VERY disappointing!

I came through the drive thru and was greeted by randy, great guy got everything correct and made the experience great.. at least until i moved up further in line not only did we wait for a long time but peering inside it looked chaotic. Idk what management was doing but i feel bad for these poor people they are the only reason this is standing. My 5stars go to only my experience in the drivethru.
