  ~6:30pm Ordered three meals, mac and cheese and chicken soup. Jalapeno Ranch Club Meal: -Lettuce leaf has gigantic brown/dark rotten streak through it. -Four of the smallest little pieces of jalapeno possible, like these four pieces combined were maybe the size of one of the slices pictured in the marketing. -No bacon. -No ranch. -Bun very greasy -Fries undercooked and old tasting. Chicken Soup: -What chicken soup? It was not in the bag. Grilled Chicken Sandwich: -Bottom bun hard and stale -Lettuce same as the "club" sandwich, rotten spots, obviously wilting lettuce The food that was correctly made was mediocre at very best. Plain spicy chicken sandwich bun was completely greasy. Mac and cheese was just... alright. We were given 2 straws for four drinks. This location gave us questionable kale salad back in 2025 as well. Thought we would give them another chance. It appears that that was a mistake. INSPECT YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT.

  I went through the drive thru at this Chick-fil-A on Monday night, and a young lady took my order. She was nice and very patient. My food was fresh and tasted good, so I don’t have any complaints about that. But, the experience got ruined. While I was ordering, a manager yelled to them on their walkies extremely rude about giving the employees “infractions” over an extremely small mistake. It sounded really harsh and unnecessary. This also isn’t the first time I’ve noticed managers there being rude or disrespectful to employees. I don’t feel comfortable supporting a place where employees are treated like that, even if the food is good.

  I’ve been going to this CFA for years and haven’t had much of an issue until now. I ordered meals for my family and I to eat on the road, and as I’m eating my nugget meal, I notice a piece of a mayo packet on top of one of my nuggets. The only sauces we ordered were CFA sauces. This is unacceptable and highly unsanitary.

  I would go to a different Chick-fil-A, this one refused to give me extra napkins and got my whole order wrong. The lady was very frustrated that she had to go back and get a Diet Coke for me. I got sick and was throwing up in the line and nobody offered me any napkins, there was no empathy in her eyes. Lol. They also refused to give me more napkins, even though I was throwing up, and Got our order wrong and was mad that they got it wrong. The lady was very disrespectful that handed us our food and the lady taking our order. Got it wrong several times. I would definitely go to a different Chick-fil-A.
