  I had a great experience at CAVA in Snellville! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick. My bowl was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly the way I ordered it. I really appreciated the variety of healthy options and the generous selection of toppings. It’s nice to have a place where you can enjoy a meal that tastes great and still feels wholesome. I’ll definitely be back!

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. Every ingredient tasted high quality, and everything was served quickly. What really made my visit stand out was Sasha’s exceptional hospitality. She greeted me with a warm smile, was incredibly friendly and attentive, and made sure my experience was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to come across customer service that genuinely makes you feel welcomed, and Sasha did exactly that. I’ll definitely be back, not just for the delicious food, but because of the outstanding service. Great job, Sasha, and the entire CAVA team!

  The customer service has been bad here for a while, but it is often overlooked because there are few other "healthy" options for takeout nearby other than Chipotle and Panera. At best, the service is slow. At worst, the workers are disengaged, distracted, or rude. If you are willing to wait for service (even when the line is not long) popular items (i.e., pita chips) are often running low or unavailable after 5. Pickup orders are often wrong or missing items, especially drinks, which may be an oversight, but it's so consistent that you have to really check your order every single time, and you are SOL if you order Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub. I wish the owner/management well, but it doesn't seem like they can crack the logistics or understand how to manage traffic or hire staff. P. S. It's really weird to see this location with such a high rating and have more reviews than other restaurants that have been open longer. People are not going to trust Google if store owners are allowed to purchase ratings to boost traffic. Google should investigate and/or confirm these ratings to avoid damage to its brand.

  I was extremely disappointed with my experience at CAVA. The customer service was poor from the moment I walked in. Staff seemed uninterested in helping customers and lacked basic courtesy and attentiveness. To make matters worse, the food was clearly overcooked and tasted burnt, which completely ruined the meal. Several sauces and side options were also unavailable, leaving very limited choices despite the premium prices they charge. For the amount of money customers are expected to pay, I would expect fresh food, fully stocked ingredients, and much better service. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below expectations in every way. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to others.

  I recently returned to CAVA after not visiting for a few months because my previous experiences were disappointing. Orders were often delayed, my food wasn’t ready on time, and the customer service wasn’t always the best. I decided to give it another try, and I’m so glad I did! Keisha completely changed my experience. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and full of positive energy. What stood out most was how she seemed to genuinely know many of her customers by name and took the time to interact with everyone. It’s clear she cares about both her customers and her team. Keisha’s attitude and personality made a huge difference, and the overall atmosphere felt much more organized and enjoyable. Great customer service can turn a business around, and she is a perfect example of that. Thank you, Keisha, for making my visit such a positive one. Because of you, I’ll definitely be returning!
