  I witnessed a situation at this location that I found very concerning. Thursday August 27. A manager was speaking loudly and disrespectfully to an employee in front of customers and other staff members. The employee became visibly upset and was crying, yet the situation continued instead of being handled privately and professionally. Because I did not know the managers’ names, I asked another employee who the managers were and was told their names were Keisha and Sasha. Regardless of what disagreement or mistake may have occurred, I do not believe an employee should be embarrassed, yelled at, or spoken to disrespectfully in front of customers. Managers should be able to address workplace issues calmly and professionally. The entire situation was uncomfortable to witness, and I hope management takes concerns like this seriously and makes sure employees are treated with respect.

  Jessy, Jay, and Keisha were exceptional. They delivered outstanding customer service, and the restaurant was tidy and free of any lines. I love CAVA pita chips.

  Izaiah’s customer service is top tier. He was very helpful and a respectful young man. This made our experience at this location a positive one. I will surely come back.

  Okay this place needs to tighten up , this is the second bowl I’ve ordered for scheduled pickup that wasn’t made the way I ordered it. At this point, it feels like anything and everything is being put in the bowl except what’s actually listed on my order ticket. This time there was no hummus, no olives, no chicken, and no broccoli, and on top of that, there were ingredients in my bowl that I specifically did not order and had to pick out because I’m allergic to certain foods. Respectfully, y’all really need to start following the order tickets correctly. This isn’t just about getting an order wrong anymore putting ingredients someone is allergic to in their food can become a serious safety and liability issue. I don’t want anybody getting sick or this turning into a legal situation over something that could easily be avoided. Please just make the bowl according to the order ticket. I’m paying for what I ordered, and I should be able to trust that what I receive is actually what I asked for. 🙏🏾

  I picked up a honey glazed salmon bowl for my wife. They were out of hummus and portions were very skimpy for a $18 bowl. The service was unusually slow and the manager was not friendly as she was on the register and appeared to have a short temperament with me and other customers. I will not visit this location again.
