  Stopped in today and left very disappointed. The steak was cold and chewy. No broccoli. The rice was dry and hard. The person at the register didn’t ask if we wanted drinks. As soon as we walked up he told us the total. Our response was ok but we have a rewards number and we would like drinks. They also didn’t give us our included pita with our bowls. Why is this so hard to do?? Seems to be a common Cava thing when ordering in store. And it’s not as simple as going back to ask for it when there are 10-20 people in line and the workers are now helping others. We have tried many locations and this was sadly the worst experience yet.

  The food is usually good at all the other locations I’ve been to. Maybe this location is trying to save money. One scoop of rice feels illegal for the price of a bowl.And the food was cold. dirty food service area is just nasty.if the fronts looks bad, I’m sure the back looks terrible. I’m pretty sure I will not come back to this location. If you’re not paying your employees good enough it showing on Sunday. It very possible this place could be full of cross contamination. Only takes one terrible manager to lead a team to a dirty restaurant, only one person has to get sick for poor practices with food . I think u know the rest.

  Stacy and Sydney made this such a great experience from start to finish! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, and the customer service was even better. They were both so friendly, welcoming, and patient while helping with recommendations. You can tell they genuinely care about the customers and creating a positive atmosphere. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at CAVA I’ll absolutely be back!

  The food at this spot is really good. I love CAVA. It’s just the customer service that gets me. Some of the young people working at this location are so unpleasant and mean. I love the food but I really don’t even wanna come here because of the young ladies specifically behind the counter. Sooooo RUDE and unwelcoming. Besides the staff and everything always looking messy and always “running low” or out. It’s a decent place to eat. Oh and for $40 in food, I prefer my servings with a little less attitude 🤦‍♀️

  Absolutely terrible customer service. They're always out of food and they always start closing 30 minutes before their actual closing time. It was 10:00 p.m. and their door says that they close at 10:30 and there was one lady who was telling new people that were coming in that they were closed. The guy serving my food was cool but the other lady I saw serving food did not have gloves on while serving food. Customer service was awful
