The customer service was great and towards the end of our meal, we were greeted by Elizabeth who made sure we enjoyed our experience! I’ve been a great customer to bonefish grill but from my experience from last night I will never visit this place again . We were party of 8 we ordered alot our food was not even room temperature the plate wax hot but the food wax not at all it looks like they made it before and re heat it . The prices went very high with poor quality now .

He is attentive, kind, professional, and makes us feel like valued guests from the moment we sit down. The experience is always so much better when Austin is working, and honestly, we will only come in when he is here because the service he gives is that incredible. He does not just do his job well, he completely elevates the entire dining experience. Austin is the reason we keep coming back, and he deserves every bit of this 5 star review. He is truly one of a kind.
