We walked into an almost empty restaurant and still had a long wait to be seated. That should have been our first sign to leave.
We tried to wait at the bar, but the floor was filthy and covered in debris we couldn't stand to eat while staring at it. That should have been sign #2.
Our waitress and one we saw at the front 'white' coat was old, tattered, and visibly dirty. Sign #3 to leave
Children were running and playing unsupervised inside the restaurant, and one of the main appetizers we wanted was unavailable.
When the food arrived, it was disappointing. This had been our last hope because we were really hungry. The presentation was extremely sloppy — everything just thrown on the plate — and the taste was no better. Our waitress took our order, dropped the check, and asked if we wanted boxes. That was the extent of the service.
I wish I was exaggerating, but I’m not.

Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. This place is severely understaffed and completely disorganized.
We stood at the entrance for nearly 15–20 minutes while multiple tables were visibly empty. Staff still told us to wait and then simply ignored us. Eventually, we asked why we couldn’t sit at one of the empty tables. Only then did someone casually say, “Oh, you can sit there.”
After sitting down, we waited another 20 minutes. Not a single person greeted us, brought us water, offered menus, or asked whether we wanted anything to drink. When we finally asked a waitress if she could please take our order or at least get us something to drink, she responded with an irritated and mocking attitude: “Wait a while—I still have other tables I haven’t served.”
We then watched her serve five or six other tables and walk all the way around to the opposite side of the restaurant, while continuing to completely ignore us. We never received so much as a glass of water.
After wasting nearly 40 minutes and being treated as if we were an inconvenience, we finally walked out. Being understaffed is understandable; treating customers with contempt is not. If you cannot serve customers, don’t seat them—or at least communicate honestly and politely.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this restaurant. We certainly will never return.

We were a party of eight with a reservation and we were seated promptly when we arrived. Our server was both experienced and professional which enhanced our whole dining experience. We were celebrating my birthday and the food, drinks, and the love was flowing freely. Our server was both humorous yet attentive. He kept our glasses filled and provided anything else we needed. I'm so glad I decided to come here. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back again in the future.

I usually don’t write negative reviews because I understand how difficult it is to run a business. Even after this experience, I still didn’t feel comfortable giving just one star.
Unfortunately, the service at this particular location was very disappointing. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated even though roughly half of the tables were empty. I was willing to be understanding, assuming the kitchen or staff might have been busy.
However, after we were seated, bread was brought to the table without any plates, utensils, or napkins. We had to ask for them ourselves. When they were finally brought over, there was no apology or explanation, and the staff member’s attitude felt very indifferent.
Later, a manager came by to greet us. I explained what had happened, hoping there might at least be some acknowledgment or explanation. Instead, the concern was brushed aside and the conversation was redirected to something else.
Mistakes and delays happen, and I completely understand that. What was most disappointing was not the 20-minute wait or the missing utensils—it was the lack of basic communication and concern after the issues were brought up.
That said, this review is only based on my experience at this particular location. I’ve visited other locations and had much better experiences there. I hope this location can improve its service and staff training.

Food was genuinely good, but everything else about this visit was a mess. Our waitress Karen seemed brand new and didn't even know how to enter a drink order, so the manager Athens had to step in just to get our appetizers placed. Not to mention OVERCHARGED us for a Patron margarita we didn’t ask for. That’s a $3 up charge just noticed that too. Athens comped the appetizers for the delay, which we appreciated even though we didn't ask for it.
The real problem was my mother's birthday reward. Bonefish emailed her an offer for a free dessert of her choice up to $9.99, valid for 30 days, which we've used at other locations before with no issues. This location refused to honor it and Karen tried to tell us the comped appetizers already covered it, which makes no sense since those were unrelated and offered before the birthday offer even came up.
When I asked to speak to Athens again, Karen suddenly couldn't find her, despite having just walked from that direction. She then pointed to a kid at another table getting birthday cookies and said we'd get the same thing, ignoring that the email specifically promised a dessert of our choice up to $9.99.
We got home and checked the receipt. We were charged for the cookies and ice cream anyway. So not only did they refuse the actual promotion, they charged us for the consolation prize too.
Two hours for lunch, an unhonored birthday reward, and a surprise CHARGES (because it’s plural) on top of it. Food doesn't make up for this. Won't be back to this location.
*update 8/3/26 - So I did receive a lovely phone call from the manager James at this location. He was amazing and honestly is the only reason I came back to edit this review. Thank you James for making me feel HEARD! After speaking with you we actually will come back!
