- MMMotAug 30, 20262.0I arrived around 8:48 PM yesterday and ordered two 2-piece snacks: one with two legs and another with a breast and leg. The first gentleman at the window repeated my order, charged me $14.71, gave me my sweet tea, and told me to pull past the second yellow line. After waiting about 16 minutes and watching another customer receive their food and leave, I reversed back to the drive-thru. At 9:01 PM, the second gentleman told me they were out of legs and were no longer dropping chicken because they closed in an hour. When I worked at this same Bojangles, chicken was still being dropped before 9:30 PM. Neither gentleman provided good customer service or apologized. No one told me there was a wait, that they were out of legs, or offered a substitute while I sat outside after already paying. When I said I wanted a refund, the second gentleman immediately closed the window in my face and went to get the manager. The manager was the only person who apologized, was respectful, and offered replacement pieces. I declined and took my refund which wasn’t even the right amount because I paid $14.71 only to get back $10 and change and all she charged me for was the dollar iced tea so she didn’t even give me back the right change. As a former employee of this location and my teenage years, it’s disappointing to see the customer service decline this much.
