The person at the register told me at first that there was no order. After showing her my receipt and where I ordered it she disappeared and came back with my bag of food. She sat it in front of me and walked away. I waited till she came back by and asked her what about the $7 delivery charge and the $5 tip I paid for. Her response was I don't know call door dash. I ordered from the website not from door dash but she made me aware that it was my problem and there was nothing that she could do. I was and am furious. Customer service is so low and pissing people off should not be an option when a problem arises. Bojangles you are going to loose more business if you keep such uncaring people as employees.

On this Sunday morning, first we all had to wait until someone came to take our order. Then they were out of receipt paper so no receipt. Then they didn’t have strawberry jelly. Next, after waiting for a change in the fruit punch because it tasted terrible, we were eventually told there was no more fruit punch. No napkins either. All of this on a Sunday morning. Did we not anticipate we would have customers today?
