  The manager & other employees were Great, the food was Great also, i had the lemon pepper chicken tender combo and it was pipping hot and those fries were GOOD. I would just want all employees to use gloves when handling food it truly is the BEST way to protect your customers from germs and bacterias. Owner please consider having your employees to follow SAFETY GUIDELINES, SAFETY FIRST ALWAYS. We are coming up on FLU season and it is UNSANITARY to handle food without thoroughly washing your hands and using GLOVES, if someone gets sick they have the right hold you responsible for not complying with guidelines and SUE you. Please show some Appreciation & concern for your patrons and WASH HANDS & USE GLOVES. We shouldnt have to just trust that your people's hands are clean, respectfully. Thank You!!

  Wings and fries were cold, and the food honestly tasted old and stale. Several wings were also missing from my order, which was very concerning since I paid for items I did not receive. When I got home and realized items were missing, I tried calling the restaurant to address the issue, but the phone number listed for the restaurant does not work.

  Very bad customer service! 8/20/26 I came in at 12:20 to pick up my online order which I placed at 12. First off when I walked in I was not greeted like how everyone else was and got a nasty look from the so called manager named “Darian” (dark skin slim dude with a very nasty attitude) anyways, he asked did I have a pick up order and I said yes and I was told to wait a couple more minutes for it to be ready. I then asked him if I could get my cup while I wait and proceeded to huff and puff under his breath and snatched the cup from the dispenser and shoved it in my hand! And ran off to the back. I finally get my order by the nice lady (I forgot to get her name) so something told to check my order and it’s sauced up with hot sauce (which I didn’t ask for, I asked for dry rub) so I asked the lady if she can remake this and get my order right, then she calls Darian back to the front. I told him about my situation and of how I can’t eat hot sauce because it will mess with my stomach. H Ethen tells me there’s nothing that he can do about it while talking behind the wall! He tells me that I got to get a refund and re send in an order!?!? All I wanted was 3 chicken tenders replaced and that’s it. So I watched him make a fresh batch of tenders and gets ready to prep those and I asked him well why can’t you use those? He then proceeds to tell me “those ain’t for you” in a very rudely manner. I will most definitely reach out to the district manager and corporate about his behavior and attitude! I can understand if someone’s having a bad day but that does not mean to take it out on customer even after they gave you the upmost respect and then you get treated like 💩. Darian if you’re reading this, please work on your customer service skills and you’re a manager?? Not a very good look. And he couldn’t even process me a refund. I will not be returning to this location for a while! Customer service has gone downhill. I also asked for extra seasoning on the fries and there was literally no seasoning. I always come to this wingstop every once in a while and I’ve never had this type of experience! The manager before (tall dude with bright like hazel eyes) was always very professional and nice! This new Darian manager that they have needs to go back to customer service training!

  The front girl with the red locs offered great customer service and treated every customer with a positive attitude and kindness. Writing this review just to give her kudos! I hope that management can recognize her superb customer service. She’s going above and beyond.
