The guy making pizzas literally had his belly hanging freely out the bottom of his shirt. I’m not fat shaming the man, that’s just gross and unacceptable in a kitchen. I shouldn’t be seeing your belly scraping the prep table while you make pizzas dude. Just wear an appropriately sized shirt. It’s gross.

I called the store and waited on hold for approximately ten minutes with no response. When my husband called from a separate number, his call was answered immediately. He explained the situation and was then placed on hold as well. We were told we could either receive a refund or have the order remade; however, the tone of the conversation made it clear that remaking the order was not preferred. When I requested a remake, I was informed it would be at least 30 minutes before they would even begin preparing it despite it already being well over an hour since the original order was placed. The employee I spoke with was rude and unhelpful throughout the interaction. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from this location if you expect timely delivery or responsive customer service.
