  I came here for a quick lunch and when I got there, the GM herself was very rude. All I wanted was some liquid sugar for my sweet tea because it wasn’t sweet enough. I requested for her to take my card so she can charge me. Wheni initially asked she says oh ma’am please this is a pick up video as if I didn’t just pay for an order. The drink I wanted was not to my liking when she came back with liquid sugar she shoved a cup in my hand. It was very rude. I had to go in and ask for a refund and this is from the GM herself. She’s telling her employees to ignore me when I’m asking for a refund. All of this is just very wrong and very rude and all I did was want a quick 5$ meal

  It's McDonald's, Order is right but roughly put together, never had a real complaint outside of that

  Every time I stop here it’s always something whether it’s the customer service or food. But this time is the final straw. I purchased the breakfast burrito meals and one of the burritos were almost frozen in the inside 🤬

  I’m honestly fed up with this McDonald’s location. Every single morning my order is wrong, and even when I come back for lunch, it’s still wrong. I’ve been patient and never made a big deal—I just take time out of my day to come back and politely let them know. But this morning was different. I received the wrong order again, and when I mentioned it at the window, the employee (Maria) immediately gave me attitude like I had done something wrong. All I said was that this happens every morning. I asked for the manager, and while she did apologize, it felt very nonchalant and dismissive. It wasn’t until I said I would contact corporate that her tone changed and she suddenly wanted to “fix the problem.” At this point, it’s not even about one mistake—it’s the consistent lack of accuracy and poor customer service. I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to another location than deal with this kind of experience again. Do better. And to anyone coming here—check your bag before you leave.
