I think I just went on a bad day my pizza was very mediocre, my cinnamon knots were tough to chew, and my buffalo chicken slice didn't have any hot sauce so I didn't eat it. I feel like extra bacon was just added to cover the fact that there was none it didn't even look like I did from before. I'll be back tho just hoping my experience will be better.

My large pepperoni pizza was badly burnt, so I had to call the restaurant. Thankfully, they made me a replacement pizza, although I had to drive back to pick it up. When I brought the burnt pizza back, I showed it to the server, who was very apologetic and understanding. She even showed it to the chef, but he dismissed the issue instead of acknowledging the mistake. Thankfully, the servers handled the situation professionally and turned an otherwise disappointing experience into a better one. Kudos to the serving staff, but the chef should do better.

Today we ordered at this location a pepperoni pizza, salad and meat calzone . Not 1, not 2 but 3 short white or blonde hairs came from inside the calzone, although not a Food Safety risk, it is really disgusting, you would expect better hygiene practices. I had appreciated the restaurant because it is local pizzeria but this goes beyond what I can accept, and reflecting on what I have seen the cooks are not wearing a hair net so it is not full surprise,
