  We love Jimmy John's and used to frequent this one because it was convenient to order online and pickup in the drive thru. I guess we weren't doing it right and the owner snapped at us one day for "holding up his drive thru." We get it delivered now and it's usually great but today the bread is burnt and the meat is dry. It's a bummer to spend $40 for a sandwich that's cardboard.

  I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Tiffani at the drive thru on a few different occasions and she is so friendly and accommodating, each and every time. That is very refreshing especially in today’s climate with customer service being at an all time low. Kudos to her!
