My hotdogs wasn’t thoroughly cooked, where ice cold, and they made them sloppy. On top of that my fries were old, burnt, and cold. UGH! I will never patronize this place again and this is the worse five guys that I’ve ever ordered from.

There was an older gentleman whom started as the cashier but ended up being backhand at the burger counter (packaging burgers & bagging… also fries). He is a prize! He was so patient, pleasant, and just kind while I was ordering. But also, never faltered because he carried those same attributes throughout the entire process. Even though I was tired, it was late, my husband advised me not to stop but we were hungry… and my demeanor may not have been the nicest. Yet, this man did not crack! Thank you kind Sir… and my apologies if I were a tad rude.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
