- WDWayne DyerSep 29, 20261.0I ordered my usual tiramisu latte however when I tasted it it tasted like warm steam milk. I told the server, at the Old Milton Parkway, Johns Creek location it had no taste but that of stramed milk and it was only warm and not hot. I looked at the label on the cup and it had nothing on it saying tiramisu. Told him the latte had no taste and that I know what it should taste like as I've had about 20 tiramisu hot lattes in the past. All he said was ''ll heat it up"! And that's exactly what he did merely heated up gave me back what was nothing more than steam hot milk!!!! What shameful and pathetic customer service!!! I've been going to this location since it opened up but you better believe I'll never step a foot in that place again!!

When I got to the window, I asked if she could confirm with the manager, who was standing directly behind her. Again, I was quickly told no. What bothered me most was not necessarily the answer, but the customer service. The manager was right there but never acknowledged me, made eye contact, or spoke to me directly. A simple, courteous explanation from the manager would have gone a long way. Instead, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive, as though they simply wanted to move me out of the drive-thru. I left still unsure whether this location or Dunkin offers any type of discount for customers 55 and older, and unfortunately, I also left with a very poor impression of the customer service at this location. I would appreciate a response from the store manager or owner confirming the store's policy regarding discounts for customers age 55 and older and addressing my customer-service experience. Until then, I do not plan to frequent this location.
