  I had a disappointing experience today. I politely asked for silverware with my order, and instead of simply providing it, the employee became argumentative and repeatedly insisted that it was already in the bag. When I emptied the bag, there was no silverware. I don’t understand why a simple request was met with attitude. If a customer asks for utensils, it takes just a moment to double-check instead of arguing. Good customer service means listening to customers and responding respectfully, even if you believe the item was already included. I enjoy Chipotle, but interactions like this make the experience frustrating especially in the drive thru.. I hope management reminds employees that professionalism and courtesy go a long way.

  On this particular day, there were two customers in front of me one was being served, and the other was waiting in line. Behind the counter there was cook, the cashier, thee server making the orders, a gentleman who looked like he had just gone on break or was taking a break because he went out to get a drink, girl that was preparing something behind the counter and another female that was in and out of view chitchatting with the other workers. The point being is that there were two people in line over six employees and not one of them seemed interested in the growing line of customers. I waited for over 15 minutes just to be served and they still didn’t messed up my order. I ordered the chips and guac and I mistakenly assumed it was in the bag didn’t notice until I was halfway home. This is pitiful, chipotle, folks please take a look at your Google reviews and hire some worthy employees. It’s not that difficult to show initiative and acknowledge people who have walked in, serve them and get them on there way! Will not be coming here again, your food is not that great.

  I used to really love this location, I used to come here at least once a week for the past year. but over the past month every time I’ve gone they skimp out on EVERYTHING. I used to be able to get a bowl & eat half for one meal and the other half for another. Now they give such little portions im still hungry after eating an entire bowl for ONE meal when i used to be able to split it into two. & if you’re familiar with chipotle bowls you now how insane that is. I hope they get it together. This is ridiculous.

  I gave a five-star because I come to this Chipotle all the time of course the food is always fresh and good. My only thing is please y'all clean off the counter after making the orders. It was so much food dropped on the counter from making bowls and quesadillas and tacos. It does not look very clean or appealing.
