  Online says they open at 5am, door says they open drive through at 6am. Its currently 624am and apparently they are still closed? Sat here for a while at the window I can see one person inside and are clearly ignoring the orders and the line at the drive through window. If youre late to your job and opening your store cool, open the window and say that. But dont make me late for mine by just letting me sit here for no reason. Ive been sitting here about 10 minutes before i started this review, open the window and say that youre closed even though its now 632 am at the end of typing this review. First and absolutely last visit here.

  So slow. Always a wait or don’t have certain items. Just close this location.

  The AI ordering system is an absolute waste of time. Good idea, horrible execution.

  Food was equal to other Bojangles but the cashier staff were unhelpful to someone that doesn't know the menu well. No eye contact and mumbling. Works as a quick breakfast spot togo but wouldn't go out of my way to go back to this location.

  I really like their chicken, but to be honest, this place never fails to disappoint me. I’ve been here multiple times, and today was no different. I stood in line patiently for 17 minutes while other customers came and left because no one was helping us. The employees saw us but never approached, not even to say “hello” or “we’ll be right with you.” Their attitude made it seem like they were wondering why we were even there. Very bad experience. The owners must be doing very well to continue operating with staff who show little interest in providing good service or improving the customer experience.
