Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The drive-thru staff at the Sharpsburg Whataburger went above and beyond during my visit. Keisha, Wendy, Madison, and team member #1488 were incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive. It’s rare to find this level of care in a fast-food drive-thru these days. Outstanding job, team!
- VVVelvet Vazquez4 days ago1.0I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I repeated my order twice through the drive-thru, and the employee repeated it back to me correctly. The order was also showing correctly on the screen, so I assumed everything was fine. When I got to the window, they were only charging me around $10, which immediately seemed wrong because I had ordered two meals. The employee repeated the order at the window, and it was NOT my order. She then had to enter the order into the system again—and, of course, items were missing from the order. How does an order get confirmed twice, show correctly on the screen, and then completely change by the time you reach the window? This is extremely frustrating and reflects a serious lack of attention to detail and communication. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly verify my order just to receive what I actually ordered. Horrible experience.

And the food was obviously on point. Very impressed with whataburger in general for having incredibly consistent quality across the board.
