Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    Went through the drive thru and was told 3-5 minutes to wait for food and they ended up taking 30+ minutes. Overheard my complaint and came to be sarcastic to us about it, then gave us the wrong order anyway. Would have turned around but didn’t want to wait an extra 30 minutes

    Waited 20 minutes in the drive through with only one other car for a cold sweet and spicy bacon burger that didn’t have any bacon on it. I got my $10.03 back out of principle. Never again 👎🏼

    I stopped by again last night to get me a burger. I pulled up to the drive thru and Wendy was there to greet me with the most pleasant voice (yet again). I asked for her suggestion on what to get and she asked if i had tried the patty melt and i told her no let me get that. when i pulled up to the window she had the most friendliest smile and greeted me with a warm welcome. for it to be 11:30 pm she was most pleasant person. she gave me my drink and told me that it would be about 2 more minutes because everything was being made fresh. when my order was handed to me she told me to have a great night and be careful. i have never went through a drive thru where someone showed so much care and concern for their customers. i will most definitely be coming back to this location only because of her. i have visited other locations and will drive the extra 10 minutes to come here. Whataburger yall have a great employee here.

    We came in with family that was visiting from Florida and places 8 orders at the kiosk. My wife ordered onion rings with her meal and found out right before they brought out our order that they were out of onion rings. The Manager Wendy, came out to our table and offered to refund the difference for the onion rings and we told her not to worry about. She did however take care of us for the miscommunication. We frequent this location a lot and with this level of customer service we surely will continue to come her. Thank you Wendy!

    Their milkshake was the thickest ever and tasty. Their $3 chicken wrap was very good!!! Their hamburgers are pretty expensive so I tried their $5 one. The service was excellent & friendly!!! Orders take a while so don't be inpatient...I definitely will be back to try their Strawberry milkshake and to reorder their Chicken Wraps! We went through the Drive-Through.
