  Came through at 1 AM on May 11th, saw three workers inside, not a single one answered at the window. Three cars parked in the parking lot and all the workers are just hanging out inside doing nothing.

  The best Tacobell!! What makes it bad is when people pull up already knowing they wanted Tacobell because you came right?!? Just to get to the speaker and decides at that moment to ask everybody in the car what they want, or have an entire conversation with the people in the car just to say "I'm ready can I get 1 Baja freeze" even better the $90 mobile order's that you made sitting in the parking lot thinking it will be faster because it was done by mobile. Here's one....I need a minute to look at the menu sit for 4mins and say let me just get a bean Burrito. Think about all the different personalities, attitudes, parents that are fed up with the kids, work, but who do they push their frustration onto the employee's which they are trained to keep smiling when they want to just want to lash out. Be mindful of others people are just crazy now and days. Be kind to your cashier! I know of these things from doing seminars with employees. Yes they applied for the job, but not to be disrespected or treated less than.

  Made this mistake today. Ordered standard 5 tacos. $14 somehow. 35 minutes to get food. As I ate, another guy spoke with the manager because his online order wasn't ready 40 minutes later. Lady went off about 5 screens and how entitled the man was to expect his food just because he ordered it. How they have too much to do to worry about one person. NEVER GO HERE.
