The portions here are a joke... Get your taco without lettuce and look at how empty those shells are. This is the 2nd time in a row where my $3 tacos haven't even had enough meat to fill out half the taco shell. Don't even get me started at the "quesadilla" they served me. Save your money and either go somewhere else or make your own tacos

Every time we order from here, it is always screwed up. Obviously no one that you hire can read! To start with, y'all, never put stickers on anything you just write on it like somebody can read it! For instance she ordered a steak taco supreme, you wrote 'stk' on the wrapper.
Nothing that I paid extra for was included on this, and the meat was so salty to begin with, we just threw it in the garbage and the same with her burrito, we paid EXTRA for the sour cream, the Pico de Gallo, and the red sauce BUT all that was on the burrito was freaking a TON of beans, barely any beef, and that was it!! Where are all the extras that I paid for?? This place disgusts me! My daughter was very disappointed when she opened her food because everything just had to be thrown in the garbage! Maybe y'all should check management because someone obviously is making bank because
you charge extra for things that you never get.Isn't that strange??
This store is very poorly managed. The drive-thru always has a long wait, and I was overcharged on my order. Although I received a refund, the overall experience was frustrating. They really need better management and improved customer service.

We know when you put the drive thru orders ahead of those of us who come inside. Couldn't get what I wanted. The triple double crunchwrap, but I was told they were a limited time offee.
And finally after 11 minutes and seeing 6 cars, that were in line and had not ordered, get their food before I got mine and the food I finally got was not prepared properly. Undercooked because I saw the team member realize I had been waiting for too long. 11 minutes. A failure at every level tonight. And your interiors have no personality, it no wonder people aren't returning. This will be my last Taco Bell for a long long time.

This Taco Bell has the worst service and takes forever to get the food out. I did an online order that should take a couple of minutes to complete. It was a chicken flat bread, two cheesy roll-ups and nacho fries. There was no customers in the drive through or inside when I pulled up and several employees were hanging around the drive through window. About 10 - 15 minutes had passed since I place my order and it was not ready. I am now over 10 minutes sitting here waiting, so I am writing this review since I have nothing else to do. I don’t think they started my order until after I got to the window. This is the second time I have had issues with this location. The manager and owner should get involved and make some changes. I went to corporate last time it made me so mad. Guess I need to learn a lesson and never come to the location again. I feel bad for the 4 cars behind me who are going to be here for an even longer time waiting on their food.
