If you're coming to this location beacuse of the Stranger Things promotion you should know that they don't have any Funko Pops, they're on backorder. They didn't have any collectible coin toppers. They only had one of the two signature flavors , Eleven's Heaven, no Upside-down Praline. They didn't know what went into a Demogorgon Sundae and asked if we had a picture to show them. They were out of waffle bowls. I'm only guessing, but the couple that came in behind us wearing their Stranger Things zip up hoodies must have been really ticked off if we were just disappointed... Don't get me wrong, the staff was awesome and apologetic, but I can't remember the last time I was in a Baskin Robbins and this kinda helped me remember. Crazy to blow a promo tie-in like this and one this big. Purely a management screw up. We did what anybody would do, went home and rewatched Stranger Things from the beginning...

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
