  I refuse to pre-tip here anymore. Every time I do, my order is messed up, or I end up watching the staff touch their nose, mouth, or hair right before handling my cup. Watching those habits forces me to look closer at the drink prep area, where I always notice more unsavory behavior. For instance, I recently looked at my cup and saw fingerprints all around the lid right next to the straw hole (where i drink from if I dont use a straw). This brings me to my next point: I absolutely detest that disgusting, shared rag they use to wipe down all the cups. My other major issue is the tipping structure. The expectation prompts you to tip at ordering/paying, but the cashier might have horrible customer service, while the person I actually want to tip is further down at the pickup window. When I asked an employee if I could tip them directly, I was told they aren't allowed to accept cash. Apparently, they have to complete a certain amount of training before they can receive tips, and that the digital tips get disbursed in their checks. This is incredibly strange to me. Moving forward, if I cannot hand a tip directly to the specific person who earned it, I will not be tipping at all.

  We LOVE 7Brew, but they are never in a convenient location! This one was 11 miles away, but we made the trip because it's awesome stuff! Anyway, the service here was great, the coffee was kinda strong(perfect), but my Tuxedo Mocha was still good! I will be back(if they don't build one closer to Fairburn😉).

  I tried the 7Brew Fizzy Soda with lime, strawberry, coconut and sweet cream. It was delicious! It was reasonable priced. The size medium is a large at different other similar businesses.

  I love getting my drinks from Cole! He is always in a good mood and it puts me in a good mood! My coffee is always so good, 7brew is the most consistent!! I never know what it’s gonna taste like at Dunkin or Starbucks but 7brew never fails me.

  1⭐ First time visiting 7 Brew Coffee and it was not a good experience. The drive-thru setup seems similar to Chick-fil-A, but the process was confusing. I was told to drive around, then sent back into the order line. After all of that, my coffee was never made. I ended up requesting a refund and left. Unfortunately, this visit did not leave a good impression.
