  Cheese stick order most time have little cheese and its more like bread sticks and they dont put much sprinkle season it on it. Prices of the Pizza has gotten too high-quality of the pizza's gotten low. The PAN Pizza is not the way it used to be. It's not got the crunch or the taste with it. They don't put that much cheese on there, even if you order it. Regular, too much sauce, not enough cheese or meat at that. Sometimes the dough is not even cooked. All the way through really? They need to bring back the old Pizza Hut. They also need to bring back the lunch bar. I worked there when I was 18 16 18, and that place stayed full Pizza was a lot better than it's dry. Now you can't, you can't really even eat in just not the same experience. The best Pizza I eat. There is personal PAN PAN crust cost more than even regular hand tossed, or any of the others don't even understand why. Because when you order a pan crust, it tastes like hand tossed. They don't put that many toppings on it. Even when you order a pepperoni lovers or a meat lovers, or anything that's supposed to have extra. There's very little on it. And they say, that's what's supposed to be on it. When I actually know that they're supposed to be more, if you pay for something, you should get your money's worth. They just don't want to remake it.

  Horrible. 3 pizzas very much undercooked and overloaded with sauce. Just a drippy mess that no one ate. I do not consider this actual pizza.

  I don’t even know where to start with this one. Placed an order today, over $70 in food. Waited over an hour, called, then treated like I was trying to get a hand out. Pretty disappointed in this store. They informed me to call customer service, did just that. All I could get was a bot chat that said they’d call me in 1-3 days. All meanwhile they have my money and I don’t get anything in return. I wonder how many others pay to get nothing but a hope and promise to call you back. They don’t even have the audacity to refund the delivery fee and tip that nobody earned. I will post a 1 star review everyday until I get called back.. it’s principal now Update: I spoke to the manager about the incident and hour after posting this review. There was a power outage that took place that glitched the system on the order. She gave me a way forward to give until Friday and call her back. Friday evening I was refunded the money, I’m assuming from corporate. Adjusting the review to reflect her actions. My suggested actions: coming from the hospitality industry; I would have fulfilled the customers order once they provided evidence of the order through the app. Then I would have worked with corporate to get the payment to the local store. Obviously the customer in a situation like this would have felt that the local store would be doing everything in their best interest rather than saying no food, no money, for a time period. Changing to 3 stars for her coming through with the refund by the date she identified.

  Food was horrible I got 5 pizzas and they were undercooked i called to complain the lady got smart wit my mom on the phone and hung up on her twice and I paid $69 for crap I was suppose to get a refund they still have yet to refund my money
