  I had one of the most frustrating experiences at this location. I ordered an 8-piece all-flats meal, well-done, with extra seasoning on my fries. When I got home, the fries were EXTREMELY salty, but I honestly tried to overlook it because I did ask for extra seasoning. I even tried wiping some of the seasoning off just so I could eat them. Then I opened my wings and realized I was only given 6 of the 8 wings I paid for. I tried calling the store first, but no one answered, so I had to drive all the way back with my food. They took my order to the back and returned it within a couple of minutes. I didn’t realize how quickly everything had happened until I got back to my car, so I checked the food before leaving. They had simply put 2 fresh wings in with the same 6 wings that had already gone home with me and come all the way back. So now I had 6 cold/dried-out wings mixed with 2 hot, fresh ones, and the fries were STILL extremely salty. I went back inside and politely explained the problem and asked for fresh wings and lightly seasoned fries instead. That’s when the employee became visibly irritated, rolled her eyes, and took the food back. I sat down and waited. I wasn’t yelling, cursing at anyone, or causing a scene. When she brought the food back, she repeatedly told me to “check your food” and “make sure it’s right this time,” while standing there watching me and repeatedly emphasizing that the wings were fresh and had “just been dropped.” Her attitude made the entire interaction uncomfortable when I was simply trying to get the food I paid for. I checked that I had 8 wings and left. Once I got home and actually started eating, the wings were rubbery with slimy skin instead of the crispy, well-done wings I ordered, and the fries were STILL salty. I was extremely hungry because this was my first meal of the day, so I ate what I could, but I couldn’t even enjoy the meal. I spent $17 and made an unnecessary trip back to the restaurant because my original order was incorrect, gave them multiple opportunities to fix it, and still ended up disappointed. I also submitted a complaint to Wingstop corporate with photos and my order information and never received a response. Really disappointing food and customer service experience. I will not be returning to this location.
