- FJfaith jenkinsAug 14, 20261.0I went with my brother a couple of weeks ago, I placed a mobile order for $98.67. I live in Richmond Hill so it was about a 20 minute drive. I drove there to get my food. They forgot to give me one of the bags containing the rest of my almost $100 order. When I called up there, I was hung up on two times, the “ manager “ Repeatedly stated that she wasn’t going to Remake my food even though it had already been almost an hour, I get there and they remade my food per the order of THEIR boss but the order was STILL incorrect!! at this point it had already been 2+ hours of me waiting for some Wingstop so I just took the incorrect food and left. The manager on duty and one of the girls behind the counter, decided to follow me and my brother and my girlfriend outside They essentially yelled and cussed me out. My thing is if they can follow me outside to ask me all those questions why would they not follow me outside to give me the rest of my food bag that they forgot to give me. I’m sure this won’t get any response. But I win 110% think four times again before YOU place an order here and waste ur hard earned money!

That's pretty sad when you have to do that because you have people running this store that have no clue how to run a store to begin with. I've been in this industry all my life and never have I worked for a company that allows this to happen. I guess it's a good thing that I didn't want it now. Guess I will just order wings from work to have for dinner tonight.

Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
