- JBJatora BrandSep 26, 20261.0If I could give zero I would. Absolutely the worst service ever. My entire order was completely wrong mind you we live 20 minutes away. Then no one answers the phone and the manager is someone who needs to be demoted. Close the store or do better

The employee behind the counter immediately told us to place the order online and walked away, despite there being two perfectly good cash registers sitting right at the counter. Fortunately, there was a bench where I could sit and navigate the online menu myself. After placing the order, we waited without any communication from the staff. My wife eventually noticed our food sitting on the pickup shelf. No one had asked our name, called out the order, or acknowledged us. She had to wave an employee down and say, "I think that's our order." To give credit where it's due, the wings were tasty, and they upgraded my medium drink to a large, giving us two large drinks instead. However, the customer service was virtually nonexistent. I didn't leave a tip because I handled the ordering process myself and had to track down my own food. Tasty wings, poor customer experience.

We had to go back the next day (twice actually but she made up for the reason why I’m not going to elaborate) and she IMMEDIATELY got us a fresh order and gave us a brownie for our trouble. She made it all worth it!

However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
