Came here during a work trip for a team dinner. It was busy, but they were able to get our entire group into a back room, which was great for us. Service was really good, especially considering the size of the party and everyone being on separate checks. I had the goat cheese appetizer, which was the star of the dinner. It was about a perfect as perfect gets. All of the flavors compliment each other really well. The fish and chips were good, but not quite to England's standards. They had a live musician outside, which was a nice way to wind down the night.
I'd highly recommend this place to anyone and would happily return if ever in the area again.

I often come to Savannah Georgia for conferences and the only place I will eat is the Wexford. First, I’m Irish second they have the best pot roast sandwich in the world and third. The service is phenomenal. Tonight I came in with my Service dog, who ironically is named Dublin. We were greeted outside right away. I could clearly see. He was a Service dog and got us a wonderful table in the air-conditioning.. My server’s name is Amy now known as “Auntie Amy” to Dublin. She hit my choice of Irish Beer, brought Dubs a bowl of water and was overall amazing. I asked her how long she’d been working here and she said only four months. You would never have known it. Expect a lot from Wexford because I’ve been coming here for years and she fits right in. I think one of the few restaurants that have their hiring Standards spot on! Thanks Amy!

Brenden was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. And the drinks were SO good—you can definitely tell he takes pride in what he makes! 🍹🍸
Great service can completely make an experience, and Brendan definitely did that for us. He was personable, professional, and just made our time at Wexford that much more enjoyable.
If you’re visiting Wexford, definitely ask for Brendan! He’s a gem and deserves all the recognition. We’ll absolutely be back! ❤️

I will walk a long way for an Irish pub. I’ll walk even further for a really good shepherd’s pie. I would walk and walk and walk to this place. The atmosphere is great. It has dark wood throughout, a variety of seating options, and Irish music playing. I was greeted at the door and welcomed in, then shown to a high top table. The menu looked great and I considered a steak or fish and chips. However, I’m a sucker for shepherd’s pie. My server was Andres and he was great. The shepherd’s pie was a perfect portion. So many places send out a huge portion and it’s just too much. When it arrived, it did not look like what I normally get as shepherd’s pie. From the first bite, my mind was blown. It is so rich and flavorful that I had to slow down and savor every bite. The beef and lamb really melded together, the black pepper was just right and the potatoes were like something you would get in your grandmother’s kitchen. Only in the south can you relax in an Irish pub, enjoy a drink, have a fantastic meal, listen to Irish music, and watch Duck Dynasty. I love the south! Thanks to Wexford and a great staff for a great meal in a great place.

We came to Wexford last Tuesday and sat in the back room to watch the game and because my friend was in a wheelchair. We ended up having about 7 of us. The server, food, and atmosphere was amazing. Even the server said she wish she worked the next day because we were so great. So the next day I reserved a table for 8 (2 tables) in the same room at 1130 for 3 pm. We got there at 3, had to wait a bit, which is fine. 3 of us went and finally got the table. The new server treated us like we were homeless and had no business being there. I told her the host said your table was ready. She kept yelling at us. I said we had 2 tables reserved and she said we cant have that many people in that room. Talking to the host that morning I said we wanted to be back there and she said everything was fine. This server berated us so badly. I said we had 3 more coming and she said we cant have that many at this table. Ive been in the food industry for 31 years. I've never been treated so poorly. We ended up telling her that we didnt want to stay and went to D&Ds. Everyone in our group was shaken up by the experience. We were very kind, didnt use any bad language. We couldnt believe how horrible this person was. We told her we were there the day before and she said she doesnt give a shit and that she didnt work that day. Please talk to her. Last Wednesday.
