    I had such a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Café thanks to Kayla! She was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. She was patient, made sure my order was correct, and had such a positive attitude that made my visit even better. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you, Kayla, for going above and beyond—I’ll definitely be coming back!

    My friend and I went in this afternoon and we were not greeted at all. The customer service was terrible. We were initially going to eat inside, but there were flies everywhere and the tables were disgusting. My smoothie was not good. My friend ordered the sweet potatoes and they were hard. Will not be coming back to this location.

    At drive thru they said one moment, and about 7 minutes of moments later I asked if anyone was there. Due to the silence I went to the window and there were 4 ladies laughing, on their phones, and skillfully ignoring my existence. After about 1 additional minute, I departed. 0/10 do not recommend.

    Honestly, that was the nastiest smoothie I’ve ever tasted. The flavor was terrible, the texture was off, and it was a complete waste of my money. I took a few sips and had to throw it away. Very disappointed with the quality.

    My experience when I was introduced to TSC was beautiful 😍. My second trip you had me!! I was in awwe. Im a veteran so on Wednesdays some of the guys from therapy walk a mile at the local park. I ordered my meal on the app i downloaded to pickup at 9:10 am eastern time. When i walked in the team was busy( understood it's mid week) no greeting no problem. I stood patiently waiting, no one acknow ledged me. Waiting...nothing Young male walks in not only did he get greeted he got waited on within seconds by the window clerk. I didn't interrupt while she waited on him, but when he walked off i asked the young lady was i standing in the wrong spot. A half hearted smile and basically straight to can i help you. I said I've been standing here for a while you didn't see me? Again half hearted grin. So once i received my meal i declared this to be my last meal there. Sorry TSC , it wasn't much money but you lost my business. Go check your your lake house on 11710 Abercorn St Savannah Ga 31419. You might need to drain the swamp Thank you for your service 👋
