  I visit this location frequently, and the service is usually fast and the products are consistently good. This was my first time using the mobile app, and everything appeared to go through correctly. I entered my phone number as required and saw several cars coming in and out of the driveway while I waited. However, I have now been sitting in one of the designated stalls for approximately 17 minutes waiting for my three slushies. I eventually tapped on the window marked “Employees Only,” and a young lady came out and asked how she could help me. I explained that I had been waiting for almost 20 minutes. She then told me she would bring my order right out. I understand that the mobile app offers a discount, but in this situation, the savings were not worth the wait. If mobile orders are going to take this long, I would rather use the drive-through. I hope this feedback helps improve the mobile-order process, because I normally have a great experience at this location.

  The footlong hotdog was old. The onion rings were sweet. What was that all about? The server was sweet. The drinks were good.

  We pulled in to get just a couple of extra large drinks and some tater tots. There was five cars in the parking lot or in the restaurant area, and two in the drive through. It took us almost a half an hour just to get our drinks and some tater tots. The server was rude and really didn't act like she wanted to be there. My wife went to the bathroom and immediately came out. Because how nasty it was. We'll go to burger, king or mcdonald's next time.

  Quick and easy, the staff was incredible. I didn't know that Sonic had a happy hour, what a nice surprise.
