  Get the peach cobbler. Our server Q called it the Love Boat and we made love to it for sure. The lobster bisque was great, unfortunately I chose the wrong thing for lunch — the lobster and shrimp roll was extremely underwhelming. The lettuce had more flavor than anything inside the roll. The roll itself had no butter on it either. It was toasted with nothing on the bread to add a layer of flavor so I mixed ketchup and mayo and made my own bread base. I would return and order something else.

  We made a reservation for Mother's Day weekend to celebrate a couple birthdays. Service was great & the drinks were really good. We ordered scallops and crab dip for appetizers. Lobster ravioli, seafood mac & cheese, southern fried chicken, and filet mignon with crabcake & shrimp were our entrees. The food was absolutely amazing! A little disappointed with dessert, they didn't have a couple items, and unfortunately I did not enjoy the praline cheesecake.

  We would like to thank our hostess Abigail for wonderful table and with a great view . Andrea our server is absolutely impeccable , the appetizer and main courses were excellent. Our party of four would like to thank the entire staff of River House Seafood for a wonderful Mother’s Day lunch .

  My husband & I stopped for lunch on our way back from Florida to Charlotte. We were greeted by a very nice hostess who recommended their fried green tomato sampler as she sat us at a window table with a view of the river. The atmosphere was an historic building you’d look for in Savannah. We then had the pleasure of having Chequita as our server. She made suggestions for both cocktails and entrees. . . and they did not disappoint. My husband started with their signature Chatham Artillery Punch. We then had the shrimp & grits and the pan seared lobster ravioli. Both were delicious. The lobster ravioli was the best I’ve ever tasted. We finished with their peach cobbler which was served hot with vanilla ice cream. Again. . . delicious! Both our meal and service were perfect. Chequita makes you feel like you’re at a table in her home. We will definitely be back on our next drive through.

  Fine/casual dinning,When we arrived Saturday around 7:20 pm. The host outside was promt and polite. Didn't get her name,blonde ponytail parted down the middle. Lobster&shrimp bisque was very good after adding a little salt&pepper. The blue crab dip was a hit with everyone at the table. The lobster&shrimp roll was not for me or my sister it was bland. We got a side of fried shrimp to go with the soup we had. Tasty and very hot heat wise shrimp but the batter kept falling off. Sweet tea was good, the georgia peach margarita was good for 2 of us at the table , and a no for 1 of us. At the table. My husband and brother enjoyed the catfish over like a gumbo rue and cornbread. It smells a little damp musky when you 1st walk in perhaps the carpet area should be shampoo or replace. The staff I encountered was friendly and smiled. Our server was Carli pleasant.
