  Just waited 20 minutes sitting in my car for a pepperoni melt only and I go back in the store only for the staff to tell me that my order is just now in the oven 🤦 wow really. I don’t ask for much I’m a veteran shaking needing food for my medicine and this is what I have to experience from staff that’s more concerned with gossiping about clients that walk in the store etc. Fast food places are going into the ground fast!!! I just left to control my temper I’m very disappointed and lost money for something I paid for and tipped the highest option at that wow!!!

  This experience with Pizza Hut was unacceptable and needs immediate attention from upper management. I placed a delivery order after 8 PM for a large pizza (grilled chicken, beef, chicken sausage) and received the wrong order (pepperoni and beef). I attempted multiple times to contact the store but was routed to a call center that could not assist or reach the location. Even worse, when my husband called, the representative hung up on him. Due to the lack of support, I had to drive to the store myself. Which was completely defeating the purpose of delivery. While the manager apologized and remade the order, they were out of key ingredients and even out of large pizzas, so the order was still not fulfilled correctly. The store itself appeared disorganized, with staff openly stating they were remaking multiple burnt pizzas. This points to deeper operational and quality control issues. The inability to contact the store directly and the unprofessional behavior from the call center is a serious breakdown in customer service. This is not just a minor mistake it reflects systemic issues that need to be addressed. I expect a response from store or district management regarding this experience, along with appropriate resolution.

  This place consistently delivers the wrong food. The store never answers the phone directly and the call center hangs up on you and doesn't even try to help. I'll NEVER order Pizza Hut again!

  If I could give zero stars I would! Can’t even get in contacting the store ! Such horrible service!

  This location made an okay pizza, but it was slightly undercooked due to putting so many toppings on it. Would have been perfect if they had cooked it longer.
