- JSJoseph ShinallJul 16, 20261.0Ordered a pizza and breadsticks at 7:00pm. At 8:00 it showed delivered on the app. Tried to call for 30 minutes and nothing. Drove there while wife was still on the phone waiting for them to answer. My pizzas were still on the rack. He tells me he's been trying to call us but we have zero missed calls and wouldn't show me the call log on the phone. Meanwhile wife is still on the phone and there's no phone ringing inside. He tells me the pizza has only been sitting for 10 minutes. I asked if it's only been sitting for 30 minutes, why did you try to call us then? He just stuttered trying to make something up. Pizza is completely cold. He just keeps making excuses. He said he's the only one there making pizzas and he's been busy. There's literally another employee 10 feet from him making pizzas and there's no other pizzas on the rack besides mine. Will absolutely not order here again. Whoever owns this place needs to re-evaluate their branch. If it's that busy that you can't get pizzas out and delivered then you need to stop taking orders on the app or pay better so you can get better/more employees. Picked up the order at 9:00 and this pic shows that we were still on the phone trying to reach them.
