My impression is that the bread does not taste fresh, service is not as great as I once saw it when first started. I talked to the young 20s manager to let him know about my experience, and he was apologizing just because he had to, but I did not meaning it or tried to make it any better. I just wanted to mention it to them because I know what old bread taste like, I want to think that I came first hour on a Friday. I usually don't complain but when you pay $14.82 for a small croissant and a late, probably I need to know the story behind it.
The story: I asked if the bread is fresh and the young manager said it is a frozen croissant, service is not that great. The young lady taking orders is the one making the coffee too, I had to wait a bit, overall, is sad that you pay so much and this place is suppose to be a nice place, (it was when first open). It seems that every where I go people do their job angry and bad, most everyone is rude and full of excuses if they are asked, no one is stepping out the extra mile to make any place a special occasion. Sad it looks like the end of time is near Behold there is hope Jesus can change everything and he will, I just pray God will fill everyone's hearts with love and don't allow the evil one to ruin anyone's day in Jesus name. Peace my people, peace! Maybe come other day

Marlo provides exceptional customer service with the biggest smile. He and the lady working with him are literally two of the kindest people I have ever met. Just off of the service alone, I will definitely be back. The soup was amazing as well!

Ooofff tough visit at Panera. We’ve lived overseas the last three years and we’re jonesing some Panera. Not at all what we remembered and will not go back.
They had three workers, as explained by Ava the front desk staff. We attempted to get our drinks 3 times. The iced coffee was hot; we fixed that ourself by getting a cup with more ice: we asked for the cappuccino twice, then waited in line for bakery items 3 times.
After unclear and inconsistent/inattentive help I asked for a refund (only on items not received) . Ava was rude and condescending. I asked her if she could not help, could she think of a way to rectify the situation. She told me to come back later when her manager wasn’t busy. I explained it made more sense for her or the manager to find me since we’ve tried to resolve the issue already without help a couple times and that way we aren’t wasting each other’s time. She told me she gets off in 8 minutes so she couldn’t help. I told her I’d stay in line then until it was resolved.
I was eventually refunded by the manager for the items not provided. That process was quick but the staffing clearly impacted how they respond to people.
I did not eat my wilted salad, I didn’t address that with the staff.
We cleaned our own table before sitting
Overall the front staff worker was rude. Our entire family has done food service at some point. A simple apology or attempt for kindness goes a long way and I think most people are responsive to that. I’d suggest customer service training and probably taking out ear buds, it may help you provide better service 😀.
So sad Panera is not what we remembered and we hope Ava finds a career or job that brings her joy. Life is too short. ✌️ and the economy is too rough for people to continue to eat out and not get a side of kindness.

Normally I’m very patient with restaurants. Though I would not recommend going to this Panera. My ICED coffee was not warm. It was HOT with melted ice cubes. It also took 30 minutes for my other coffee to come out as well as the dessert I ordered was apparently not available. “Ava” said I can’t help you since I have 8 minutes left until I get off work. She was EXTREMELY rude and patronizing and would not help at all. The tables were also all messy. Will not be coming back to POONERA. The manager on shift was not rude, refunded items not received. They were very busy but we’ve all been there and found ways to make it right. Ava didn’t seem to want to be helpful, maybe she was distracted by her earbuds?

I placed an order on Sunday the 16th and paid extra to add additional ingredients to my bagel. When I finally received my order and checked my bagel, NONE of the extras I had paid for were there.
I went back to the counter and explained the situation to the employee. Instead of helping me, she told me that I needed to speak directly to the person who made it, not her. She then made me literally open my bagel piece by piece ON THE COUNTER to prove that the ingredients were missing.
I went over to the employee who prepared it, already feeling embarrassed because at that point I didn’t even want to eat the bagel after having to open it up at the counter. Without saying anything, she got visibly upset, rudely grabbed the bagel out of my hand, and threw it in the trash.
When the replacement was finally ready, they spoke to me rudely again, basically like, “Hey ma’am, it’s ready,” while the employees were also talking about us. And when I opened the replacement bagel, it was STILL missing some of the ingredients I had paid extra for. LOL.
On top of all of this, the original order took a very long time, and several customers who arrived after us received their food before we did. I normally wouldn’t even complain about having to wait, but combined with everything else, the entire experience was terrible.
I wish I could leave zero stars. Mistakes happen, and forgetting ingredients is something that can easily be fixed. What is NOT acceptable is the rude attitude, disrespect, and complete lack of customer service. Absolutely terrible experience.
