No one in drive through so my wife decides to grab some breakfast for the family. I'm on the phone with her, she orders a number 4. They don't ask for the drink and tell her to pull around. Tells them she wants a sausage and egg biscuit. They can't add a drink, can't change it to a meal, whatever. She gets home and I have a sausage biscuit with like 3 slices of cheese. This is not a hard job. I have worked in food service so I know. Pure laziness and they just want to get back to their phones. They want $15 an hour also?! Lol. Learn to get a simple order right and how customer service works. Par for McDonalds.

Every single visit, this location only fills the soda 80% full. Its not like I asked for no ice, I just order a Diet Coke and pay for it, and every time there’s 20% missing

Well, since y’all can’t answer the phone because y’all did not give me my fish fillet. I will be up there tomorrow for lunch for my fish fillet that I paid for.

I hate complaining - I know things happen and it's not the associate's fault- and so when I do reviews they're for positive experiences and if I do have to complain or request a refund, I make a point to be considerate and kind- the person I speak with is almost never the reason for the problem. This was no different. But the reaction and result? Well, it's getting them a 1 star review. My kids were hungry after sports and being late I. Saturday night, I wanted to treast them to junk food, so we went to McDonald's. The restaurant was full of rowdy teens so I did a curbside pickup. The wait wasn't terrible, but when the food was brought out the associate dropped the bag into my hands and walked away (I always like to check it). I didn't get a receipt and I wasn't going to bring my kid into the restaurant, so I pulled away to check the food. Unfortunately one of the rowdy (smelled like beer and pot) patrons was leaving and almost hit my car causing me to swerve and get into an accident (not McD's fault) but I had to deal with that so I couldn't immediately go back around upon I noticing the burgers were wet and bright red! The fries were warm, no salt though- which was a bummer. But with the burgers inedible and half of the kids cookies not provided, I wasn't ok spend $20+ for two small fries they didn't like. Once we were settled and safe, I called the store over and over with no answer until we were picked up by the tow truck. I tried calling again this morning but I only got through around 4:30. When I got a manager, she stated since I did not have a receipt (as it wasn't provided) they couldn't look it up and said I needed to call someone else... and suddenly they started saying my "call was dropping" and call right back. I did. They answered, said they could hear me and but then said that "I moved" and the service was out. This was a land line. I let them know it was recording and I could verify that they could hear me and then I was out in mute for about 1 minute until I was hung up on. When calling back they refused to answer. I was trying to let them know the call was being screen and voice recorded, but they kept saying I was "moving and losing service". This was false and I know that tactic to avoid speakingwith someone. This trip to McDonald's ended up costing me thousands of dollars, and though the accident was unrelated to the service and food, it was the least I could do to get my money back for it. Again, I've called (and been polite but recording) and nobody will answer. I've called others to be sure, and they can hear me. My sister also called the store a few minutes later and they picked up immediately. I get it- it's McDonald's. I worked I. Food service as a teenager and it's a thankless job so I make it a point to treat the employees with respect. But I deserve the same. I don't expect Michelin ratings, but at least replace the food or the money. This economy is too tough and I have had crying hangry kids and no vehicle since.
