  Absolutely terrible! I went here on my lunch break and waited for 10 minutes in line to order with no cashier at the register before leaving because it was taking way too long.

  I’ve never been to a restaurant full of people allergic to speaking to customers, and even more allergic to giving you everything you paid for. Is the owner of this location training people to not give you everything so costs are down? That can only explain the fact that every single time I get food from here something is missing. No hashbrown in my meal, no salt/pepper packets for a big breakfast? God forbid I order a burger with no cheese, as well. I think a full staff change is needed.

  I decided to order the new Huntr/x meal for fun, and they didn't even give me the trading cards, which is why the meal costs almost twelve dollars after tax. The food is usually fairly decent, but I mostly go to this location for convenience. At this point though? I won't be going back.

  I placed a mobile order that showed as “ready for pickup,” but when I arrived around 9:00 PM, there were already multiple people waiting, and more kept showing up. Despite this, there was absolutely no communication from staff about delays or any issues. I waited in line for a long time while employees were clearly aware of the situation but made no effort to inform customers or manage the crowd. An drive-thru customers—many of whom had already paid—were left waiting with no updates. To make matters worse, around 11:00 PM, staff came out and said they were closed, even though people had been waiting well before closing time. This level of service is unacceptable. A lack of communication and basic customer service is the reason people choose to go elsewhere. I will not be coming back to this location again.
