And I seen another comment with the same workers… this unsanitary live on TikTok when yall should be making my food shame on McDonald’s this location in general is awful

There’s nothing fast about it, in my experiences there’s a 20-30 minute wait regardless of what you order. After that wait, expect your order to be wrong. Servers move at leisurely speed with no regard for accuracy or service. You’d be better off getting a table at a nice restaurant for the time you’d save.
- JGJude GrossApr 18, 20261.0This location has always had a bad reputation, but recently it’s gotten so much worse, they’ll make the food but then not hand it to you for 10 minutes, I had to reach over and grab mine once, another time waited 15 minutes for one item and was missing half. Never talked to any employee once…I understand they’re understaffed but this is a pattern. Requested refund on the app and they said I had to return to the store…..which is kinda ridiculous cause if they can’t get food right how can they process a refund. Place is always unkept and seems like they let trash out. Kiosk doesn’t give out order numbers or receipts so you have to guess and look for if your order even went through.
