  Perhaps the RUDEST employees I have experienced and I have experienced pretty terrible one! Got food from the to go car lane on 5/16 at about 2:35 pm. The teenage male handed me my bag and I asked him for salt. He silently turned and disappeared. Immediately, another male teen holding a bundle of napkins asked what I was waiting for. I told him salt. His response was "what king of salt." I said SALT FOR FRIES." Followed by a terse, this is NOT rocket science. He grabbed a handful, threw them at me and said "Have a nice day" in the rudest tone. Not that the manager from this place ever reads reviews, but FIRE HIM! He I symbolic of why this we are in so much trouble as a society. No customer service, no manners, nothing. And to add to the rudeness, their response if from an AI program - I have the same thing at my business but I NEVER use it. I always address problems myself.

  My food was cold, but otherwise okay. I checked out at the kiosk and got a number. I sat for 15 minutes, no food. Another customer stood at the counter trying to wave someone down. He gestured to me. Our food was stirring behind the counter. My drink was not with my food. One they addressed us. They got my drink. I went back to the counter, trying to get napkins, no one paid me any attention. I reached behind the counter to get them. Suddenly, everyone was yelling at me. A lady came out to lecture me and told me it was a health code situation, but what about the serve yourself soda machines and lids? The touchscreen. She said there are plenty of other locations I can visit. I don’t think turning customers away is a solution. There were only 4 customers in-store. Two were together. When I walked in there were 5 cars at the drive-in. This is not busy.
