  Was almost hit by one of their drivers coming out of Publix. They were fighting with someone driving in front ofof the Publix. Sped around them fast enough to kick up dust and flipping them off. They didn’t see me already in the crosswalk and nearly hit me. It was a black woman driving a small red SUV.

  Horrible, horrible horrible the attitude that this worker gave me I asked a couple questions and it seemed like it was a problem. I also apologize to her and say I’m sorry if I’m bothering you while I’m telling her what I wanted on my sandwich give her my order and I guess she didn’t want me to watch her make my sandwich so she was like you could just meet me at the end. Long story short she added a bunch of hot peppers to my sandwich. I called back and speak to the manager Xavier and it’s like all I can do is talk to her. I can’t do anything about the sandwich unless you bring it back, but at that time I’m back at work. Horrible experience any other time that I’ve been there it’s been a good atmosphere. My food has been good it that some people just if you don’t feel like coming to work don’t go to work and , her name is TANAEJA. horrible customer service she needs to be retrained!!!

  Did an online order for a Sandwich about 2 mins after I order I get a call saying they are baking fresh bread be about 30mins. I told them I would wait. That was at 7:30pm, I had to call an ask were my food was said be on its way. At 9pm my food finally gets here so much for freaky fast. Be last time I order from this Jimmy John's

  This place has to be one of THE WORST places in all of Savannah! I have LITERALLY NEVER left with a correct order! 10+ years living in the area, NEVER a good experience here! No mayo? Sure, double it up! No mayo again? Sure, we'll take off everything else too! Extra cheese? OK, we'll charge you for it and cut the original amount in half. I honestly think it's intentional at this point. "Oh, you don't want exactly what's on the menu? Ok, we'll hook you up REAL good"! Highly recommend you just STAY AWAY from this place, the Owner/Manager should be ashamed of their service! And no, DON'T RESPOND AND OFFER ME ANYTHING, I DON'T WANT IT!!!
