  The lady working in the to-go department this morning, who handles deliveries, is rude and nasty. I usually do not lose my temper, but she answers the phone rudely. I understood clearly what she was trying to tell me, but that is not my issue. The Food Lion app was not allowing me to see the chat yesterday, September 21st, yet I could chat with my shopper on September 22nd; then, it would not let me chat or see the chat even before she reached the last item. I was trying to see if the system was malfunctioning, and I will continue to shop at Publix or Kroger instead. They are always out of stock, so who wants to shop somewhere that has nothing you need not me

  shoutout the manager shout out to the lovely people in the blue shirts who always help me find what I need (thanks for getting me those crablegs that one time hehehe)

  I called several times on Sunday to see if a item was available. They are really bad about not answering the phone. To my surprise one I got there a young white lady was on her personal phone & they were not busy at all.

  I really don’t like how the self checkout people watch you like a hawk while trying to check out. They walk circles around you and make it very uncomfortable. If the store is so concerned about people stealing they should open more lanes. If a person was in there stealing at self checkout out you can’t touch them. This is the ONLY store in Savannah that does that. And most of their food isn’t even fresh to be watching people like this.
