  Pretty clean food lion. Good location. The produce section has fresh fruits and a nice variety. Check out is both cashier and self check out. No wait time.

  IMO worst Food Lion in the area. Too much restriction on self checkout and I’m forced to go to the ONE cashier (since they’ll only pay for one) and it’s usually this kid in a hat with zero customer service skills (or in my experience common sense). It’s consistently frustrating enough that I don’t want to shop there anymore.

  Absolute crap!!!! Normally going to Kroger came to food lion for the bogo deals NEVER GOING BACK was told bogo deals and coupons active on Food Lion App did not apply to the stores Prices manager laughed me out the store goodbye!

  I'll start with the positives... It is conveniently located close to my home. Fair prices. Typically clean and well stocked. However - the store is lacking greatly when it comes to customer service. It is hard to find someone willing to help you if you have a question. I visited customer service on 4/17 and was told they were on break and no one else could help me. Cashiers may not greet you. This same day the cashier was more focused on having personal conversations and giving out her phone number. This store LOVES to create their own signs... to close an entrance at 7pm, no one is available for 30 minutes at Customer Service, to label self check-out lanes as 20 items or less and without a cart, to only have one cashier lane open but it is labeled as 12 items or less... Where do you go if you have 30 items? That is a question I have to ask myself every time I visit. If you want customer service - go elsewhere! If you want check-out to be simple - go elsewhere!
