  First time customer. First they told me that what you see on the menu is what they had. So I asked only 12 coffees and were told yes. The I mentioned an iced latte and was now told they had different flavors that was shown on outdoor menu. So then after 2 huff and puffs from the person who waited on me I asked if the latte came with milk or half and half. Another huff and puff and finally pulled out of her that they had both. This was about a 4 minute exchange with each question I had aggravating the person taking the order. Literally heard the huffing and pretty sure I heard sucking of the teeth. Proceeded with a donut order. At Register and waited for something they were doing. Maybe training somebody but not sure. Donut comes out hard and cold. I was so excited about this opening. Its required alot less traffic for me to fight thru. However until dunkin can find away to put all items on outdoor menu and teach their customer service that huffing and puffing carries theu very well on their microphone I unfortunately will not frequent this establishment. I was a first time tryer of dunkin. Assuming people know what you have is bad service. I know the employees or management didn't seem to care but I wonder if the franchise owner does? Im just 1 little customer but I buy coffee atleast 4 times a week. btw...once it was established that I could get what I preferred in my drink, the coffee was pretty decent. However the customer service left me thinking it'd not worth it.

  This workers need a coffee for theirselves… so slow they are almost stopped working.

  Not understanding why pick up orders have to go threw long drive threw line making orders late very unpleasant

  I ordered a large chai latte on 07/02 and experienced diarrhea and stomach cramps. I tried calling but no answer. I’m still having severe stomach cramps the day after.
