  I ordered a large chai latte on 07/02 and experienced diarrhea and stomach cramps. I tried calling but no answer. I’m still having severe stomach cramps the day after.

  Love this new location! Staff is wonderful and service is always fast and efficient. The peppered bacon & egg wrap is to die for!!!!!!!

  The staff is usually very good and friendly. Rarely is there a wait time. Absolutely no one knows how to make any sort of coffee at this location. Consistently the flavoring tastes like they never put the amount you ask for. If I ask for oat milk, and then request extra oat milk, my drink should not be dark or even close to it. If I ask for sweetener, the drink should not taste bitter. It's all very simple stuff, but this location has an extremely hard time making drinks. I've had a few occasions where I order the drink and still don't get the right amount of oat milk, but it tastes like half the syrup bottle was put in the coffee. The other location is much slower and not nearly as friendly, but they do make drinks better and are more consistent on that aspect. The food is far better here and fresh every time, but sometimes you can tell they're trying to save time and don't cook the bacon. Other times they cook the bacon and the sandwich and both are very good and the bacon is crispy. **UPDATE** I've tried to give it a shot a bunch more times over the last month. They're just awful at making drinks. Incredibly frustrating to me that we can't do simple things. The other Dunkins aren't like this, even though they're considerably more run down. I won't be coming back to this one for the rest of the year.

  No problem with food, but having to wait in a drive through line for an online order is ridiculous. You could at least have a park and walk up for online orders
