  THE best Dunkin. The staff is SO friendly, the coffee NEVER disappoints & the doughnuts always taste fresh! 100/10.

  I’m not even the type to leave reviews especially bad ones but the service I’ve gotten since they’ve opened has been hot and cold .One day everything is good the next the tall 🌈dude is catching an attitude with me because I didn’t use the app properly and since then has been treating me as though my presence is annoying when all I do is order my food, pay, and leave. Even when he cut me off in the middle of order ( because he knew it was me by my order) and very rudely told me to pull up without finishing my order and when I got to the window I had to be given the rest of my order free because of the fact he didn’t let me finish talking. One day they purposefully did not come to the speaker and let people pile up to the point people were turning around to try and leave out the drive through and when I pulled up still no one spoke through the speakers so I pulled to the window and people are just standing around laughing. So I called and they said “oh it didn’t alert us anyone was there. MIND YOU the store is nothing but the size of my bathroom and surrounded by windows that only they can see out of so they for a fact knew it was a LINE of people outside. Still I said nothing and moved on but after the second time of getting my pickup order wrong ( because at this point I didn’t want to talk to them anymore) I’m just done with this location and sadly the location on derene is worse. So this is a farewell from my pockets to Dunkin. It was good while it lasted. Sadly I got addicted and was visiting everyday before work. Not anymore.

  Food is tasty, coffee could be a little stronger. The whole staff here is always super friendly and that is appreciated so much , please never change!

  I’m so disappointed in this new location! I’m hoping the owner sees this review. Gone ahead and get you a whole new staff because these employees are the absolute worst I have ever seen. I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes! Long enough to check out my cart on Amazon! The girl said she’d be with me and never came back to the speaker. So I just pulled around. 2 cars ahead of me. 3 cars behind me which one pulled off. I told her I had a mobile order gave her my name. She handed me my drink and pumpkin muffin thrown in a bag half burned. No butter packet which I had paid for. I parked my car and walked up to the window to ask for a different muffin and she said they are out of pumpkin and only had coffee and blueberry. I said ok I’ll take the coffee. She gave me a blueberry muffin! 🤦🏾‍♀️ I mentioned I didn’t get my butter and she said they didn’t have any. I paid for butter. The entire time she’s handling my food she’s on a FaceTime call with someone. I’m thinking this is why the line is backed up and you’re getting peoples orders wrong! Not to mention it was filthy inside!! The woman with the locs was working but the other girl was busy worrying about her call. These young people today…🤦🏾‍♀️ I just took the muffin and left. Keep in mind there’s a 7 Brew that just opened across the street and I could have EASILY just drove over there but I like how Dunkin makes my drinks so I stayed but keep in mind this is not the time to be lackluster. Let’s get it together!! When I see improvements I’ll change my review!

  I won't waste my time coming to this location ever again it clearly says they open at 5 AM. I see at least four employees inside working the windows right next to the windows. I stand there trying to get help for my order that I’ve already placed and paid for and they just stare at me so I sat there for a good few minutes and they’re still doing whatever and staring at me so I tap on the window and they did nothing so that’s very rude in my book. I don’t know if maybe they’re having a bad morning, but I don’t care bring it to Work so would that being said Duncan you lost a lot of business. Duncan just do better get better employees
