Because I have a tomato allergy and they put pico I could not even eat the bowl. I don’t see where at any point during the creation of my food that they even cared. The bottom of my bowl was also covered in sour cream and made a huge mess. I’m very disappointed in the service, not to mention when I do go in person the staff don’t seem to care much if at all.
- JMJordyn MuckeySep 16, 20262.0ordered to-go because i thought the experience would be easier for the staff and me combined. meanwhile i got there and there was 4 people waiting and one to-go person. i said that’s fine i have patience and then we got to twenty minutes later i was still waiting for my order. there was about 5 other staff members that were literally doing nothing and going in the back, not helping this poor guy at all. to-go customers kept lining up and waiting, a lot of them getting easily impatient with the wait. by the time i left there was probably 10 or 8 other people waiting not including myself. staff members saw this person struggling to keep up and still proceeded to hang in the back as well as one sitting at the dining room chairs another was eating. i got home and realized that because this guy was rushing i was missing parts of my burrito and the food was ultimately cold. i do not blame the guy doing take out, i blame the rest of the staff that chose not to be teamplayers and chose to instead be lazy. a disappointment for sure. by the time i got my order i waited about 40 minutes in total.
