  I'm glad my first experience with Cava wasn't at this Savannah, GA location. Compared to the Tallahassee, FL restaurant, the food tasted just as good, but the portions were noticeably smaller. An employee even instructed the person making our bowls to remove some of the rice because we'd been given "too much." The hummus and tzatziki were also leveled off to tiny portions, and when I asked about it, I was told that's the standard serving unless you pay extra. At the Tallahassee location, every ingredient was served much more generously. The tables and booths were also sticky and covered with food, despite us being the first customers of the day and the restaurant not being busy. The staff was courteous and friendly, but the skimpy portions and lack of cleanliness made for a disappointing experience. The low ratings for service and atmosphere reflect those issues, not the employees' attitudes.

  Idk what time you go in this place you can always expect friendly service! They have hired great people to serve and manage the location. This has been my go to since they launched the salmon bowls! Delish!

  Absolutely amazing experience at CAVA! The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The cook did an incredible job the food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. A special thank you to Ron, Rob, and Denise for making me feel so welcome and comfortable. Their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitudes truly made my visit even better. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!

  I’m officially a fan of CAVA. I was just visiting the one on Victory Dr and the gentleman Rob and the manager Brandon were top tier with the costumer service. I’ll definitely be back, not only to get the food (which was phenomenal) but simply because these guys made me feel welcomed. The atmosphere was everything

  I highly recommend this Cava location for its phenomenal customer service. The one thing that stands out to me besides the great food and atmosphere is Robert! His hospitality is second to none. He is an outstanding young man who goes above and beyond for his customers no matter the day of the week. I truly admire the consistency and professionalism. The other staff members are great too. I highly recommend this location. Lastly, Robert deserves a raise or promotion his phenomenal customer service is not common!
