  This is my daughter and I’s first time at Cava. Moe, Rob, and Deja was very instrumental and helping us decide what to try on our Cava bowl. I really appreciate your kindness and generosity. Great Customer Service.

  Ordered DoorDash from them two times. First time, I ordered the chicken and rice bowl. For how much I was paying for (not including delivery, just the meal), it was very lacking. Ordered a second time. I decided to add extra protein to make up for the lack of toppings. Found lettuce cores in my food. Will not be ordering again if this is the quality of the food I’m ordering.

  I don’t come here or eat out often (because good vegan options are difficult to find), but it had been on my mind to, and I’m so glad I did. I believe my server’s name was Rob, and his energy and helpfulness made the experience really lovely. He answered my questions without hesitation or irritation, although I was asking so many. He was calm, cool and gentle, and that made me excited for the food and to come back. Thank you, Rob, for your vibe. The food was good, too, and I’ll definitely be back.

  had an amazing first experience at Carbone on Victory Drive! From the moment I walked in, Brandon made me feel like family. His customer service was absolutely top-notch—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way he did. My food came out hot, fresh, and ready quickly, and everything was delicious. Brandon checked on me, made sure everything was perfect, and truly made my visit memorable. If you’re looking for great food and even better customer service, this is the place to be. Brandon is a huge asset to Carbone, and because of the way I was treated, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend stopping by—you won’t be disappointed!
