  CAVA has a lot of great options, and the flavors are good, which is why I keep giving it another chance. Unfortunately, every time we've ordered, the food has been cold, and it doesn't taste as fresh as it should. The ingredients seem like they've been sitting out for a while, which takes away from the overall experience. I really enjoy the concept and the variety they offer, but I hope they improve the freshness and temperature of the food because it has the potential to be much better.

  Lunch today at this location was wonderful! Isreal and Ally were very helpful with it being my first time. The food was really good and fast. I do recommend this location and will be returning my next trip to Savannah!!

  Everything was terrible!!! From the food to the rude employees. One of there names was Ro she was very rude and impolite and was moving very slow!! The managers crack was showing ! Just very unprofessional don’t go to CAVA by the mall , Victory is better !

  We've passed by Cava a number of times when visiting Oglethoroe Mall, and we thought we'd finally try the food. Man, did we deprive ourselves of a terrific experience! The variety of possible combinations of food bowls of great quality ingredients is overwhelming! If you haven't tried their offerings, you are denying yourself of an incredible culinary opportunity!

  Every single time I come here, they are out of everything and the food is cold. I visited this location around 3pm in the afternoon and they were out of almost all of their toppings. For this to be a new location, it’s really the worst in the area. I’d rather just go to the one on victory. Atleast the food is warm and the service is better at the other one. Don’t recommend this location. Very sad location for Cava.
