  Oysters and Brussels sprouts were both WAY overdone, key lime pie was not really a key lime pie, drinks took 25 minutes to arrive. The only real positive was our server, Lee, who was exceptional.

  Went with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday with one. The food me and everyone else had was a mixture of mashed potatoes, steak, chicken and for brevages. We had everything from red carbonet to sodas and water! The food came well prepared with great service. I will not mine dining here again. Even if I go alone.

  We were in their on mother day on May 10, 2026 first we waiting for our meal for 40 minutes and then my food was cold and I sent it back and had to wait for another 20 minutes and it still a little cold The manager came over and send he was sorry but not for him to take it off the bill he gave us coupons for the next time but i will never go their again I got sick the next day from the food

  “Had such a great experience at Bonefish Grill in Savannah! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out in a timely manner, but what really made our visit stand out was our waitress, Alex. She was so pleasant, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made our dining experience even better. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Alex again! The drinks were also on point!”

  We ordered the oyster appetizer, sea bass with lump crab and the butterfish with scallops. The oysters were very small, The butterfish was served with shrimp instead of scallops. What looked like pre cooked shrimp actually. The sea bass portion was so small and the lump crab looked like pieces of feta. Almost non existent. We asked for a redo and they brought my wife’s food back almost immediately while I waited over 20 minutes for mine. So hers got cold. We asked for our check and were leaving when Maxine stepped in and made things right. She kept us in the restaurant. She made sure our meals were done correctly and served at proper temp. Made the birthday good. I gave a 3 for the food because the third go tasted good. So thank you for that! However, I have to say I was very disappointed in the serving sizes versus the cost. The bay scallops could fit within the circumference of a dime. The Oysters on my thumbnail! The crab in a thimble - and there wasn’t any “lump” to the lump crab meat. Our server Jasmine did all she could and was polite, professional and attentive. Maxine was amazing. The portions though gave an impression like cost cutting of ingredients. I expected more for the price from this restaurant. I will say my smoky old fashion was perfect. If you choose, film the smoke release in slow motion. We didn’t but I’d bet it would be amazing video!
