Its call Bagock and I cant remember exactly what it stands for but its all about being kind and helpful. It was just something that stood out to me because the entire staff was very much an example of that sign...the food was great, the restaurant and parking lot were clean.. and there was no wait! One thing I loved was finding out that they serve breakfast all day...wish they had one closer to where I lived but any time Im near a Bojangles I have to stop in.

Chicken sandwich to included inside of bun burnt like a sacrifice. Wife's chicken biscuit to include biscuit was undercooked. How do you manage that? Don't waste your time. Poor management results in poor performance. Go to chik fil a. Not perfect but at least consistently good and managed well. Oh yeah, dining area terrible too. Bathroom was ok.

The staff is always so rude that my husband didn’t want to go inside and ask for it to be filled. Also, the employees are ALWAYS on their cell phones texting or talking at the drive thru and make it clear they aren’t happy about a customer showing up.

Coffe creamer was months out of date and manager stood in back shaking his head like the customers were a big inconvenience for him this morning. Absolutely the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. Whoever took the serve safe class didn't learn anything about proper storage and rotation of product. My complaint will go to corporate since the manager didn't want to hear my concerns. I had to ask for a receipt to verify my info when I make the call.Zoom in and you can see creamer expired in May on one. Instantly clabbored when we put it in the coffee. Horrible and sad that this store represents Bojangles.
