I ordered through the app and specifically selected the dine-in option. We sat at our table waiting for about 30–40 minutes, but our food never came.
Eventually, I went up to the counter and asked whether our order was still being prepared. That was when they realized they had packaged our food as takeout and left it sitting on the counter for around 30 minutes without notifying us. If I had not gone up and asked, we probably would have continued waiting even longer.
Because of the long wait and the mistake with our order, the employee apologized and told us she would take care of it and refund the food. However, we never received the promised refund.
I also tried calling afterward to follow up, but the phone number only leads to a corporate automated voicemail system, with no option to speak directly with someone at the location.
There should be a better system for confirming whether an order is dine-in or takeout, notifying customers when their food is ready, and handling promised refunds. It was frustrating enough to wait 30–40 minutes for food that had been sitting on the counter, but the lack of follow-up and inability to reach anyone made the experience even more disappointing.

FOOD ALLERGIES BEWARE. Also, check your bill before paying. My friend is allergic to strawberries and told our waitress this because she ordered their lemon ricotta pancakes which come with mixed berries (including strawberries), so she specifically said she was allergic to strawberries and to leave off the berries all together. Our waitress brought out our food with pancakes smothered in strawberries. We asked her to take them away. She came back a few moments later and sat down the SAME pancakes just with the toppings removed. So the pancakes still had strawberry residue, and no ricotta. We had two different people take our drink orders, when our waitress asked what we wanted to drink I explained someone else had already taken our drink order earlier and was working on them because I didn't want to create any confusion. She was persistent on knowing what drinks we ordered so I told her. I got my cold brew, and a few minutes later another waitress brought over another cold brew and I explained I only ordered one, and maybe that was meant for another table. When my friend got her bill she was charged for the second cold brew that I didn't order. She ordered a matcha, so how does that even happen unintentionally? We are very chill people, but we never received an apology for the food allergy negligence and it wasn't even acknowledged, along with the bill error. Weird place, with very poor management. Highly recommend Collins Quarter!

Bluestone Lane was a fantastic spot for breakfast and coffee in Savannah! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I had the turkey sandwich with crispy potato wedges, and everything was cooked perfectly. The sandwich was loaded with fresh ingredients, and the potato wedges were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
The matcha latte was smooth and delicious, and the fresh salad and wrap were equally impressive. The café has a bright, modern atmosphere that's perfect for a relaxing breakfast or lunch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service from start to finish.
If you're visiting Savannah or staying at the Tempo by Hilton, Bluestone Lane is definitely worth a stop.

The coffees were really bad. The best way to describe them: all milk, no espresso. I ordered a mocha latte and my husband got a vanilla latte. I honestly feel like they forgot to add the shots of espresso but nonetheless both were undrinkable.
