  I ordered a birthday cake almost 4 weeks ago and was told everything will be put in for me. She went over everything and got all of my info so I thought it would be a smooth process. Well today I decide to call to see what will be a good time to pick up my cake for TOMORROW and they’re mentioning that they don’t see a cake order that was put in. I’m very disappointed because I was looking forward to this cake. There was no contact after the cake order was made, no invoice put in and obviously no communication with coworkers. I definitely won’t trust my cake orders with this location anymore I am so disappointed in this outcome.

  The service was immaculate and the ice cream was extremely good! We walked in and I complicated the brownies which were probably the best brownies I’ve ever had. Then she said I could get one for free simply due to the really sweet woman being prideful that someone complicated her brownies. I would very much recommend!!!

  The staff here truly care about customer experience! My faily came in 6/27/26 & wasnt sure what to get. The young lady working the counter noticed my son's blue shirt and shoes and suggested the Marshmallow Sky flavor. My son gasped at how beautifully blue it was! It's his favorite color (if you couldn't tell). Her suggestion made the experience much more special!

  Love ben and Jerry's the ice cream was great but when entering tip into register I accidentally over tipped and I told the guy working what happened and he just sat there dumbfounded and acted completely helpless like he was unable to do anything and he also claimed to be the manager. Me and my girlfriend have worked service industry for years and we know you can adjust card payments and tips after the card payment processes. He would not do anything he would not help. Very dishonest and lazy I was fine tipping I just didnt want to tip 10 dollars on top of a 20 dollar bill for 2 ice cream cones. Just be careful here the staff will not help you if you have any issues. They'd rather have an extra dishonest 10 dollars instead of providing good service to customers, we wont be returning to this location.

  Came in at 12:30 a.m. sober :) loved that the vibe was still, fun and refreshing even close to closing time. Brandy(Brandon) had a great sense of humor. He let me try two of the ice creams and helped his crew while still holding a conversation. Tourists should appreciate that have such a fun and energetic person helping end their night with a Ice cream recap. 😄 thw cashier was also nice and pleasant. Greeted me and wished me well after taking my payment.
