  Where’s the menu? I get super stressed trying to order with no menu. Turn the music down too please so I can ask what you have since there’s no menu.

  Y'all need to figure out a method so when people get their drinks they can go ahead while the person in front of the line is still waiting on their drink. You have everybody trapped in the line. Figure it out.

  I have to give a special shout-out to Lexi at 7 Brew on Mall Boulevard in Savannah! Tonight, she gave me some of the sweetest customer service I have ever received. Her smile, her energy, and the way she made me feel so welcomed truly stood out. You can tell her heart is in what she does, and honestly, that kind of kindness will make you want to pull right back in line just to experience it again! I have never had a bad experience at 7 Brew, because everyone always seems to genuinely enjoy what they do. But Lexi made my visit extra special tonight, and yes, we even had to take a picture together! Lexi, keep shining and spreading that beautiful spirit wherever you go. 7 Brew is definitely one of my favorites, and it is because of amazing people like you. Thank you, 7 Brew, for hiring such wonderful, hardworking people! ❤️❤️

  I was dissatisfied with the quality of my beverages, as the coffee had a residual taste and the chai was excessively diluted. While the service was acceptable, the overall experience was not comparable to the standard I receive at Dutch Bros .

  Customer service is amazing, and I was really excited about this location being closer to me. However, I honestly prefer the Pooler location. The drinks at this new location just don’t taste the same. They have more of a bitter taste to them, and I’m not sure if it’s something with the ingredients or how they’re being made. I really wanted to love this location because of the convenience, but the difference in the drinks is noticeable.
