    Whoever the boy is who call hisself the “manager“ at this location is VERY rude and was upset with us because THEY were under staff. Waited 7 minutes at the drive through intercom with no response, then pulled up to the drive-in kiosk pressed the button about 7-8 times with no response, than when we finally got the “manager” to take our order he was VERY rude. So we waited over 20+ minutes with bad customer service and no food!

    Craziest experience I’ve ever had in my life at a restaurant. I came here last night at midnight with my friend. We pulled up and pressed the red button. Someone yells over the intercom “ONLY ONLINE ORDERS” so I download the app. Before I have even placed my order I look up and see someone standing right beside my car window so it startles me and I jump. I laugh and smile then roll the window down. The worker that had knocked on my window then yells “YEAH PAY ATTENTION NEXT TIME” so I just look at her confused. She goes “ORDER FOR MICHAEL?” I said no I haven’t even placed an order yet. She stomps away and doesn’t apologize or anything. We still decide to place an order anyways, so once we place the order we wait 40 minutes for our food. The whole time we are waiting we are watching this lady with a bad attitude stomp and complain the entire time in the kitchen. She had the worst attitude I have ever seen and from what I could tell she was some type of manager because she had a sonic card she kept swiping on the machine in the kitchen. Anyways, we finally see our food coming out. This girl that delivered our food was actually sweet (don’t remember her name) but she did tell us they were out of milkshakes and to call for a refund on that the next day… all of our food was cold and the hot dog was drenched in ketchup. It was all so gross. And I normally really love sonic. I am a store manager in retail and have worked customer service and retail my entire life, so I know bad days happen. But I would NEVER treat anyone with such disrespect!

    Extremely slow service. Pulled up to one of the ordering spots and pressed the button to order, waited 10 minutes, the ordering screen reset. No staff. Went around to the drive-thru, sat in one of two unmoving lines for 15 minutes. Backed up and went to make an order via the mobile app, figuring it would at least get the order in even if the wait time was long. 30 minute wait for the mobile order, and the food they gave us was completely incorrect. Went around to get it fixed, waited another 20 minutes. Finally got the correct order, but with incorrect drinks, which we didn’t realize till we got home, and cold, crunchy fries. Miserable experience, cannot recommend it.

    Went to place this place on 05/02/2026 at around midnight. Went to a stall to place my order and after pressing the order button no one ever came on to take the order so the request was either cancelled by a worker or timed out 3 times. Finally a worker walked by to give food to another car so I asked if the machines work and he said they are only doing drive-thru. If that's the case why are the stalls on, and why did no one say anything? Many cars just drove off after experiencing this. I placed my order at the drive-thru, which took forever, only to have the cashier keep my change and rudely tell me that they don't have any nickels after I requested a receipt and my change while she stood in a dirty preparation area. I'd rather get a slushy at QuikTrip, at least they have a cleaner building, better customer service, and won't steal my change.

    The prices are false, what's posted in the menu isn't what you're charged. The staff seems to also take issue with the expectation that you get what you ordered and what you paid for. Horrible attitude from the young brother who may be some kind of manager, even after overcharging nearly $10 for a shake and it was disgusting to boot. After preparing a dripping milkshake that was basically milk with too much chocolate and too much cheesecake. First they added none then when asked to make it right they add WAYYYYYY too much on purpose over mixed dripped all over my car and my clothes.. Spend your money elsewhere this location is unprofessional rude and just gross.
