  App trash, food trash, service trash. Waited 30 minutes on an order ahead pick up. Food came out cold. Ordered a strawberry sundae I was told they don’t have it and I would have to call a number on the receipt to get a refund…. Never again 🚮

  Soon as I hear the FOREIGNER on the loud speaker I kno it’s going to be such an issue. She can barely understand English. Simple orders are super complicated she literally has to repeat the same thing over like eight different times. She gets confused even when she’s repeating the order, like absolutely, why do y’all have this person on the goddamn microphone taking the orders? Like it is so crazy to me

  This location always leaves you disappointed. It doesn’t matter who’s working. They will undoubtedly make you wait 30 mins after your order is “completed” till you receive your order. Even when it’s as simple as two slushies. They always get it wrong. And you can see everything they’re doing. There’s always a couple people laughing around drinking milkshakes while you wait for the oldest woman to run your drinks. And you look through the door and see what seems like a syrup jug on the floor while employees step around it. This location is awful. They need to close this place up. I doubt there’s an actual manager here. It is a stain on the Sonic name.

  Attempted to go for a late afternoon drink. The drive-through worker wouldn’t let us even order due to “too many mobile orders.” We were not ordering food. Only drinks. There were maybe 8 other cars parked in the drive in/drive through spaces. Every time we come to this Sonic location we are left very disappointed. Will never go back again. Not sure how this place stays afloat.

  There isn't much to base the review off of. Went on a Sunday afternoon. Not busy so we grabbed a stall. Placed the order and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes. No update soi asked the only car hop on the status. No idea. Waited another 10 after she said she'd bring it right out. We just left. They say third time is a charm but whoever said that is full of shit. Waste of time. Don't bother with this one.
