Everything was fine until around 11:20pm on Saturday (6/27/26) when the manager came out of the kitchen yelling at all patrons to leave the dinning area, which I thought stayed open to midnight. This was not a polite request. As my wife and I were trying to rush out the manager began insulting another patron for not speaking English well. Very unusual experience.

Wow! I purchased a drive thru order, reminiscing on great childhood days working at McDonalds but expressing fear of the food to my wife but I was so hungry. Service A+, My burger...omg its perfect and looks amazing, tastes amazing, the fries are perfect. Thank you for representing McDonalds so well and the community here.

The utter chaos and lack of customer service at this location warrant a serious warning to others. I placed an order through the mobile app, only to stand in the dining room for 30 full minutes waiting for three simple 6-piece chicken nugget Happy Meals.
The lack of awareness from the staff was staggering. My friend and I were completely ignored until a line employee finally had to point out to the apparent manager that we had been standing there waiting for an extended period. To make matters worse, just two minutes after we arrived, the manager loudly announced they were halting all orders for 10 minutes. Even by the time we finally left, they were still refusing service, causing numerous frustrated customers to walk out.
The internal environment was entirely toxic. While waiting, we were subjected to a heated argument right in front of the guests, where the manager barked demands at an employee, who responded, "Don't you dare talk to me like that." It is completely unacceptable to display that level of unprofessionalism in front of customers.
Throughout this entire 30-minute ordeal, not a single employee offered an apology for the egregious delay, all while my young children were left starving, waiting for their food. The management here has completely lost control of their staff and their operations. I will absolutely never return to this specific location, and I strongly advise others to go elsewhere.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This will be my last time ever visiting McDonald’s as a whole franchise, but especially this location.
I just left this location not too long ago and had a very disappointing experience with the night shift manager, who was a light-skinned male wearing glasses, approximately 5’5”.
The situation started when I ordered a cookie tote and a frappe through the drive-thru. At that time, the manager was not yet on shift. I was asked to pull forward into the waiting area and waited approximately 15–20 minutes for my cookies. After waiting that long with no update, I went inside to ask about my order.
Once the manager arrived, he asked how he could help me. I politely explained that I had been waiting for quite some time for my cookies and simply wanted to know how much longer they would take. I also stated that if they were not ready, it was fine and I would just like a refund.
His response was, “I just got on this shift, so I don’t know what’s wrong, so you can dial it back a little.” At that point, I felt like my concern was immediately dismissed rather than addressed.
After that response, I told him not to worry about the order anymore and requested a refund. I then had to wait additional time inside the store just to receive my $5 cash refund.
Once he handed me the refund, I politely asked for my receipt, his name, and the corporate contact information so I could document my experience. He refused to provide his name. I then asked only for the corporate information.
At that point, he became argumentative and began raising his voice. He stated, “I checked, and you were only waiting five seconds. I was just telling you to fix your tone. The energy you put out is the energy you get back. You’re not even listening to what I’m saying. I’m human.”
I responded by telling him I did not want to argue and that I only wanted my receipt. Instead of resolving the situation, he walked away and stated, “Yeah, no. See, now you’re not getting anything,” refusing to provide my receipt or any additional information.
What bothered me most about this situation is that I felt like the manager was intentionally antagonizing me and trying to get a reaction out of me instead of simply resolving the issue. I work hard for my money, and I came in with a simple concern about an order I paid for. This situation could have easily ended with him handing me my receipt, providing the requested information, and saying “have a nice day.” Instead, he chose to argue with me, lecture me about my tone, and refuse to provide my receipt, which turned a simple refund request into an unnecessary confrontation.
The issue was never about waiting a little longer for cookies. Things happen, and I understand that. The real issue was the lack of professionalism, the disrespect I felt as a paying customer, and the refusal to provide me with my receipt after a completed transaction.
I have already submitted this complaint through McDonald’s official feedback form on their website as well so it can be properly reviewed through corporate channels.
I am requesting that this incident be reviewed, that the employee’s behavior be addressed, and that someone contact me regarding what steps will be taken to resolve this matter.
Placed an order for a single ice cream cone, utilizing my own points on the mobile app so the cone was free. Chose this McDonald’s to pick my order up from and when I got there the line was so backed up inside and so was the drive thru. Mind you it’s 11:00pm. I’m waiting in the drive thru line and thinking to myself how ridiculously slow this specific location is and how I’ve now been waiting 20 minutes in line for an ice cream cone. I get to the first window there’s a young guy asking me for my order number. I told him my order number and that I just ordered an ice cream cone. He proceeds to tell me he doesn’t see my order. And he’s talking to me as if I would lie about ordering an ice cream cone that costs $1.50. His entire attitude was if he couldn’t care less and he proceeds to tell me to just go to the next window and speak to the manager about it. So now at this point I’m like okay this McDonald’s will never see me again which I never eat there I just wanted an ice cream cone. So I drive up to the next window and tell the girl that’s there to get the manager because the guy at the last window is acting like he doesn’t see my order. I speak to the manager (his name is Donte) and tell him what’s going on and he proceeds to tell me that my order was placed as a pickup order and I must come inside to get my ice cream cone. I look at him for a second puzzled and ask him why can’t he just give me my ice cream cone through the window. You see that I actually placed an order for an ice cream cone and I’ve been waiting in this line for 20ish minutes. I’m also staring at the ice cream machine that’s in my view from my car. He tells me again that I need to come inside to get the ice cream cone.. And then proceeds to close the window and throw his hands up and he’s talking to his staff with this nasty look on his face. I was in disbelief. I had already been waiting in the line for 20 minutes just for them to tell me that I needed to come inside just to get my ice cream cone that I ordered. Honestly I knew better than to go to McDonald’s expecting to be treated better as a customer, better yet a human being. The staff at this location are very rude and condescending. If you hate your job it’s not the customers fault or anyone else’s but yours. Do better with your life instead of making customers suffer, I don’t know. No one had on name tags, you got teenagers being loud and obnoxious and grown adults behaving like teenagers it was just a hot mess. If you still decide to go to this location after reading this comment then that is on you. Donte and his staff - DO BETTER!
