  If you are the GM of this restaurant please contact me ASAP or I will be going to the highest level as possible. I went through the drive thru Saturday morning at 2am. The shift leader black guy heavy set said his name was Donte if that’s his name because he wasn’t wearing a name tag stole my money. He let me sit at the window around 10 minutes and when I asked for a refund he said that if he didn’t do something on his end that it would be automatic. Surprise surprise my order was processed and no refund. The order number is AS14. He said he didn’t remember this happening so please check your cameras and process my refund. I do not have time to keep coming up there for $15 BUT IN THIS ECONOMY I will. & it’s the principle. I never received my food. Please resolve this asap!!!

  I just left this establishment probably 30 minutes ago, never, I repeat never. Let these folks park you in the drive thru. They will make sure they clear out the drive thru before they get to you. Also need to mention I waited 15minutes in spot 1 and food was never brought out to me I had to go inside .And once your food gets to you it’ll most likely be cold cause nobody walked it out to you when it was fresh . If you people actually care about reviews and real customer interactions with this place . Pls take what I say serious cause me and my kids and majorly disappointed right now with our experience at this crappy ran McDonald’s. This whole place needs new management

  Sometimes you will order online and pay in advance. And when you get here they just decide that they aren’t serving for any inordinate amount of time.

  I ordered a steak egg and cheese muffin meal and received a Bagle.The bagel was super hard. Now I have worked at McDonalds and know bagels are made to order. So to put them in a toaster and have them sit is not ok

  They cant stand having jobs here. Manager has 2 cars in the drive thru and me and one guy waiting on an order. Dudes in here cursing out each of the TWO cars. Mad they are here at 2 am. ??? Would you rather not have hours to work??? Would you rather have 0 business. Crazy.
