  First time at this location got two calzones. Johnnys white and johnnys meat deluxe. Very good only thing different from this location vs the columbus, GA we dine at regularly is the size at this place will make two of the calzones at columbus and the pizza dough here is thick where columbus is thinner and crispy texture. This johnny's is more of a bread texture. Still good but I prefer the columbus ga johnny's. But have only tried these two location.

  First time trying this Johnny’s location, and unfortunately, it’ll be my last. I’ve been a longtime fan of the Stockbridge location, so I wanted to give this one a chance since it’s closer to my new home. First visit I ordered a calzone well done—it came out extremely undercooked. I gave them another chance last night. The pizza was decent, fresh, and about a 7/10, but barely sliced, which made the toppings all sloppy when I tried cutting. The wings were the biggest disappointment. Bland chicken, flavorless sauce, and even after asking for crispy wings, they came out extremely pale and nowhere near crispy. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after two visits, I can’t recommend this location. If you’re looking for good food especially WINGS, I’d skip this one.

  Love the atmosphere of this little hole in the wall! The pizza feels so nostalgic, and the ingredient quality and quantity is appreciated. If you have noplace to be, this sure feels like home! However, having been here several times, and having worked in the service industry for 10+ years, I noticed recurring signs of the restaurant being short staffed. They typically keep one employee running the entire front of house, to-go orders included. Dirty tables, no check-ins or drink refills, if you need anything after your food comes, gotta send up a flare to get their attention, and it's a gamble if you'll get it before you're finished eating - if at all. When I inquired about this (in a friendly, compassionate manner), I was informed that this is how the restaurant always staffs during their hours of operation. Sort of a "well, we've all worked here for years and years, and our regulars love us and know what kind of service to expect." I understand being weeded, trying to juggle tasks efficiently (too many for one person), having love from regulars... but if even just one more FOH employee were on staff, I would've loved to become a regular here, too. However, it saddens me that I will not be returning to this location.
