  I really like the food, but unfortunately the digital kitchen concept seems to limit business for them. I’ve tried multiple times to order food online, only to find out they don’t have any time slots available to pickup, so I end not being able to place an order. Usually this happens around 4pm, which is when you’d assume they’d be busiest with dinner orders, but they cannot seem to take any new orders above their set time slots. Like I said, unfortunate since the food is good. Wish they could fix this issue.

  I ordered my food at 10:53 and selected a pick up time of 11. Now I knew I would most likely have a bit of a wait since the pick up time was so close to the order time. I got there and stood for almost an hour waiting on my order!!!! There were so many catering orders that they just focused on those and left the online orders in the dust. While I can understand that these things happen, it was the lack of communication from the staff on the estimated wait times that irritated me. They saw multiple people standing for long periods of time waiting on their food and failed to acknowledge us or even apologize for the delay. I finally had to stop a staff member and asked her when the online orders would be fulfilled. It was only then that my order was done. An hour after I placed my order an online. They need some efficiency and communication skills training STAT!!!!

  Victoria took excellent care when preparing my order. She was very pleasant and made sure everything was perfect. I am a frequent cava customer, and she definitely outshine all the rest. And that is saying something because I’ve had good experiences in most common I went to

  Excellent service! I picked up my food, and Victoria was so kind, friendly, and helpful. The food was excellent and delicious when we enjoyed it at home!

  I placed an order for 4 Harissa Avocado bowls, 1 spicy lamb and a create your own bowl. I also ordered 6 pita chips. Everything was absolutely delicious! I had a couple of people that have never eaten Cava, and now they are hooked! My favorite is the Harissa avocado bowl! I work in a very busy medical practice, and placed the order online. I received a text stating that the order would be ready in about 10 minutes. I headed over there, and while I was driving, received a text that the order was ready. Everything was absolute perfection! The bos were done the right way, the pita chips were irresistible as always, and I had plasticware and napkins! I am so appreciative of how wonderful, efficient and friendly the service was! We barely have time to eat some days, and it's so great to have a place where we can place a quick order! Thank you to the team at this location! You all are wonderful, and I truly appreciate you! 💕🙏🏽
