  My friend and I walked in Cava on Roswell Road about 16 min before closing on Saturday nights May 16th and the young lady who waited on us was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful, did not rush us and assisted my friend with creating his bowl. It was my friend first time eating at Cava and he absolutely loved his bowl. The food was delicious and above all the customer service we received was top tier. Thank you to young lady who for your warm smile at closing. We appreciate you. We will be back.

  When I walked this afternoon the atmosphere was very clean. I was having a little trouble on the app and Guiselle helped me out so much she was very kind and helpful and gave me recommendations being that Thani Caesar wasn’t available. Service was also very fast l. I’ll def be back 🙂

  Had a great experience at CAVA thanks to Guiselle and Sherlyn! They were both super friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure my order was right, worked quickly, and still gave amazing customer service the whole time. You can tell they really care about customers and keep a positive attitude even when it’s busy. Definitely appreciated their kindness and professionalism they made my visit better!

  I normally would not leave a negative review, but this experience was frustrating from start to finish. A friend ordered me food from this CAVA location and I paid the upcharge for steak, only for the meat to be extremely tough and nearly impossible to eat. I contacted customer service simply to let them know about the issue. I was not even asking for a refund. I provided the last four digits of the card, the transaction amount, and a screenshot showing the purchase date and time exactly as requested through their system. Despite that, I was told they could not “verify” the order because I did not personally have the receipt or order number, even though the information clearly matched the transaction. What made this worse was the dismissive tone from the customer experience specialist “Michael”. Instead of actually addressing the complaint about the food quality, the conversation became centered around policies and verification requirements for a refund I never requested in the first place. For a company that positions itself around customer experience, this felt unnecessarily difficult and unhelpful. Disappointing experience overall.

  Came here as the location in perimeter registers are down. Should’ve went home as this is the most unflavored bowl I’ve eaten. starters I know it’s a digital location but there was nothing on the screen so why did it take 11 mins to receive my order. Then I just knew it wasn’t going to be right as the young lady was moving so slow as if she didn’t want to be there. They were out of the main topping I wanted pickles and onions but I ordered anyway. The bowl as literally half full and then I received a frozen pita. The only thing enjoyable was the pita chips. Waste of a dive and money
