I was unable to leave work to pick it up, so I called the store. Mercedes answered, and she gave me exceptionally outstanding service by offering to deliver it for me. I do not think many people would have done that, so I am leaving her an amazing service review. She’s a big asset to the Cava team in my opinion! Thank you so much Mercedes!! <3
