- MMM MJun 23, 20261.0The manager (woman) lacks management, customer service skills!! After I had to call them and let them know they delivered a pizza and drink to wrong address @ 2:18pm. She was rude and said they would remake it. Being they use Door dash to deliver. The door dash delivery person had to call me the second time and verify address since Papa Johns send them the wrong address again, the pizza (only) (no drink) was delivered to correct address finally an hour later. At this point I called again ask to speak to manager and requested a refund of $38.09 and she rudely hung up. I attempted to call again and with no success. They refused to answer the call!!! NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PAPA JOHNS STORE #2746!!!! An apology would of been nice. Grant it I did not ever once say any derogatory words at any point!

Will definitely do bone in wings from now on
