- BCBeverly Cowden1 day ago1.0My order was ready according to the app but the young male with glasses couldn't be bothered to turn around and look at the pizzas sitting on the counter on the back wall. So it sat there.... For 10 minutes until he could be bothered to hand it to me. The pizza should have been remade. They didn't put toppings not even sauce on 3 slices. They knew that was not okay but didn't care and wouldn't bother to correct it. I don't ever order from here and I most definitely will never order from here again. Of course I was the one to go without eating that night because it was to difficult to make the pizza correctly that I paid for. The employee that put it in a box knew it was unacceptable and didn't care.
- MMM MJun 23, 20261.0The manager (woman) lacks management, customer service skills!! After I had to call them and let them know they delivered a pizza and drink to wrong address @ 2:18pm. She was rude and said they would remake it. Being they use Door dash to deliver. The door dash delivery person had to call me the second time and verify address since Papa Johns send them the wrong address again, the pizza (only) (no drink) was delivered to correct address finally an hour later. At this point I called again ask to speak to manager and requested a refund of $38.09 and she rudely hung up. I attempted to call again and with no success. They refused to answer the call!!! NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PAPA JOHNS STORE #2746!!!! An apology would of been nice. Grant it I did not ever once say any derogatory words at any point!
- AAAmber AndrewsMay 12, 20264.0Everything tasted great and was hot when it arrived and the delivery driver was very polite, the only thing I would suggest changing is the boneless wings they literally look like air fried chicken nuggets with sauce poured on them and they tasted like chicken nuggets. Will definitely do bone in wings from now on
