So.. went here for a door dash was gonna order a pan pizza and immediately decided I didnt want to order here and left with just the doordash. Here's a few reasons why. Doors open for flys and what not to enter. Pans turned right side up collecting dust and debris. Soda cooler full of dead flys and bugs. Everything has some kinda nasty on it. Windows tables etc you can see the gross at certain angles. Customer service here definitely sucks. It was just all ready a pretty scrappy experience.

Worst service ever…. They should really shut this place down and never reopen again…. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life…. This place is a absolute dumpster fire

I’ve been to this location several times and had small issues here and there but tonight was the worst! Placed order at 8:15, said ready by 8:28, showed up 8:30 and it wasn’t even started. No biggie, things happen, said I’ll be back in 15 mins. Came back, order still wasn’t started. The boy said “I don’t know why everybody ordering here and not Papa John’s” I asked the girl could I just cancel online because I wasn’t waiting another 15-20 mins, she said yes and I walked out. I was in parking lot trying to cancel order and it wouldn’t allow me to so I called customer service. They said they couldn’t cancel because it showed completed, even put me on hold to call store that confirmed it was ready. So I go back in, girl doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Boy says, “it was done but we gave it away to someone else cuz you canceled.” —I had been outside less than 5 mins— So I asked, a little loud, “why would you give away my order you knew I was waiting on? Where is your manager?” The manager proceeded to come out SCREAMING at me to get the F out her store and don’t be talking to her employees like that. She continued screaming curse words at me and yelling at me to get out and never come back as followed me out the door, still screaming and yelling. (I did scream and yell back but at that point I was LIVID) and still on phone with customer service for them to hear it all. I made a complaint and the DM reached out and said he would handle it so that makes me happy but also, they deserve this bad review and for others to know what kind of “manager” is there

If I could leave negative stars I would. My boyfriend and I came here to eat today and were so disappointed. We got little to no service the employees sit outside the whole time and we weren’t checked on once. The pizza tasted dirty and wasn’t even cut. We saw a girl in the kitchen pick her nose while making food and if we hadn’t already paid we’d have left. There was absolutely no customers but us in the building. There were dirty tables covered in flies looking like the dishes and old food had been there for hours. Do NOT come here we’re just hoping we don’t get food poisoning. By far the worst place I’ve ever eaten.
