I just left after waiting over 5 minutes without even an "ill be right with you". They just kept fulfilling the pickup/To go orders instead of servicing the line of actual people waiting (there were over 8 people). Me and my partner go in after our workouts a few times a week and outside of Andy(he's very kind and always takes good care of us) everyone else seems to make your business feel like an imposition.

- DBDeborah BlountAug 9, 20265.0I owe a huge thank you to the assistant manager, Maia, as she's helped me out twice now! The first time, I placed a mobile order for a Blueberry Bliss with a few edits/additions, and I accidentally selected "no blueberries" when I meant no strawberries. Maia knows my personal order so well that she realized it was a mistake, so she held off on finishing my smoothie until I arrived to make sure it was what I wanted. The second time, a new employee made my same smoothie incorrectly and when I asked her to please remake it, she doubled down and said (1) she did make it correctly, and (2) she wouldn't remake it for free but I was welcome to buy another one. When I brought this to Maia's attention the next time I was there, she did 3 things to rectify the situation: made sure to re-train the new employee, taught her the correct way to respond to a customer who says their smoothie is wrong, and replaced the smoothie I had previously purchased that was incorrect. In short, Maia is the epitome of excellent customer service! I hope whoever is above her in the chain of command will make sure she gets the recognition she deserves (along with a raise, bonus, promotion, whatever is possible) 😁.
